Never received order, they have no way to email them and I have tried to reach out to them on instagram multiple times. It was supposed to be a gift for my mom which never arrived. Incredibly disappointed

Its been a couple of years but still thinking about how bad thier customer service was and quality of product. Not worth using. Terrible.
Im still blocked on facebook.

Ordered for a same day delivery service and it arrived within a few hours. Customer service was responsive and the rose dome was well presented.

Ordered 30 April for funeral on 3 May still no flowers. I asked for refund they say when they are delivered because it’s now a fortnight they will refund. Still no delivery. Deceased’s wife doesn’t want them now I’d rather give her the $198. Scammers liars no phone number to complain. Should be closed indefinitely and I’m seeking legal not copping this. Joy Bernhard

AVOID THIS STORE!!!! Unethical scammers who don't care about anything other than taking your money. ZERO customer service. They promise next day shipping, and express postage.
But they only ship once you open a Paypal or bank dispute, and then use the slowest courier in the country.
Wish I had found these reviews before ordering.
I placed my order, express, got no shipping confirmation, sent 3 emails that were all ignored, I then sent 2 more emails asking for a refund, they were also ignored. It wasn't till I opened a Paypal dispute that they shipped, with Sendle, that takes 2 weeks to our location. So an item that was time critical, and was supposed to arrive within 2-3 business days, will take 3-4 weeks! And is no longer needed because I had to source something elsewhere.

I paid extra for Valentine's day delivery and got delivered a day early. I know you're all probably saying, at least they delivered, but i wanted to be a surprise on the day, as I didn't want my wife to go out and buy me something. I have emailed the company, 3 times to get reimbursed for the postage I paid extra for and have had no reply. Poor customer service.
The product itself was beautiful and she loved it.

I am 1st time customer and now a last time customer as you can see in the screenshots of my dealing with this company i place the order with GUARANTEED VALENTINE'S DAY DELIVERY and paid the extra delivery fee and all to just have my whole day completely turned to crap when nothing was delivered at all and made my partners day a complete let down for the 1st ever time in 13 years i have contacted the company via the chat on facebook and now i am getting the run around trying to get my refund so i will be contacting the ACCC and fair trade Obudsman this morning as soon as they open i do not recommend buying from this company service is 0 out of 10

Ordered 3 weeks ago with recommended dispatch date for delivery on or before valentines day.
Courier showed longer delivery times than on website so I queried this but was reassured their deliveries arrived sooner as they had an arrangement with the courier.
Now the day before valentines day with no delivery and the courier showing ETA in 2 to 6 days.
No response to 3 prior emails over last few days or to live chat or instagram despite saying immediate response
Sad and disappointing
They should not advertise what they can't deliver especially with such a sentimental product.
Good way to ruin what should be a lovely experience for all

Ordered a galaxy rose for my sister and it was delivered the same day! She absolutely loves it and the packaging is second to none.

I ordered on 2nd Feb with guaranteed Valentines Day delivery. It’s now 15th Feb and I still haven’t received my order. I’ve reached out in every way possible, email, live chat, Instagram, and I am yet to receive a response. Shop elsewhere.

Ordered a large box of roses for same day delivery today and my girlfriend absolutely loved it!
Delivery was so quick (within 3 hours) and the attention to detail is great.
Customer service was good to deal with and the gift boxes are very good.
Will definatley be back again

What a bunch of scammers and do not trust. Placed an order on 13th Jan for 14thFeb delivery. On the 15th Feb I sent many messages an emails to find out where my gift was. I finally got a message saying it was sent in the 10th Feb and allow 2-5 business days for delivery. After many more emails and messages with NO response I got an alert from the delivery people saying they have just picked up my gift from the supplier, that was I’m the 18th Feb so they lied to me. The gift finally arrived today minus the teddy bear I ordered for which they charged me $147 for. Still no response from them about where this is. Now having to contact bank to reverse charges and have the bank seek legal action against this fraud of a company.

Gifted my sister a mini petit box and she loved it.The people replying to Instagram messages were super quick as well which is helpful.

Obsessed with my rose, was delivered in 2019 and it still looks perfect. Such a beautiful memory of our wedding day. Thank you!

same day delivery was so easy. my sister had her baby girl last night and i asked for roses to be delivered the next morning. they arrived at 10AM- and she loved them. excellent service and wuslity overall.
