Complete rip off with misleading, frequently wrong and often entirely wrong damaging information. Make sure that you keep track if you "join" because they will try and automatically renew you for 6 months. Please do not use this site to check on anyones background or to make any decisions on anyone.

Scam site. Got an email from them that my background info had JUST been accessed. Got on there and paid for what I thought would be a monthly subscription, they took the whole year instead. There were no recent searches on me in the last 2 YEARS so their initial email was a LIE!. Then I see a BUNCH of misinformation about me and family members and contacts I don't even know. Emailed them screenshots and the URL that they somehow couldn't find attached to my profile. Was told they had removed the incorrect info but it's still on there. They claim to pull all this info from Google searches but I find that hard to believe. I googled myself and couldn't come up with what they had. Even if that was true you've got a site compiling every public record of you in one place whether it's accurate or not and they publish it as actual legitimate information on you without regards to fact checking any of it then charge you to view it and make changes that you can't make. How is that even remotely legal?!?

Deserve cells in a federal prison. Paid for trial in April and cancelled right away. Since then they kept taking money from me.

Reported to my bank BBB AND FTC. THEY need indicted and tossed in prison

MyLife has inaccurate information on my profile. I had to sign up for a trial membership in order to dispute what they called "criminal charges" for a minor traffic accident covered 100% by insurance with no injuries or lawsuits. After several attempts receiving canned responses from the "IT dept" that they would address the issue within 48 hours and no followups by an actual IT dept, I went online to my account and deleted my credit card info. I sent two messages on July 1 to cancel the membership, receiving canned responses for both messages that they'd address within 48hours. Now, they have billed my credit card on July 10th after apparently ignoring all of my messages - 10 days after saying they'd take care of it within 48 hours. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company and blocking any additional charges from them. Ignore or spam your emails from them. No one should place any confidence in this company. I would give them NO stars, but one is the lowest available.

Over the months of Feb, Mar & Apr was billed more than $85 to my debit card. Had never even been to their website before. Had no idea who/what they were. Tried to call number on my back statement, I was always 47th, 32nd 18th caller in que. Emailed them. They said they'd talked to me on phone & had refunded my money. I'd never gotten through to talk to anyone. Tried calling again and again, keep getting msg about how many are in line ahead......In fact I had the bank reissue my debt card. Emailed again & again, keep getting a canned email saying they'd contact me in 24-72 hours. Have never been contacted. Don't do business with this company......no even sure they're a company. Can't get my money back.....

I looked at my profile on mylife.
They don't have any of my correct information. They say I have a criminal record. That's a lie. I think everyone with false information on mylife should file a class action suit. If they are going to report lies about people and try to commit character assasination then they should be held accountable..

SCAM!!!!! I disabled my account, saw my bank account was charged $27 and change, called and stayed on hold for 30 min, got to number 1 and they hung up on me. Called back, got through and they disabled that way but absolutely refuse to reimburse or allowed me to speak to a supervisor.

Password stops working every time. Have to jump through 100 hoops calling support. I paid $59 for a premium membership, have only been able to pull 1 report that basically told me nothing I didn't already know. Very disappointed. Stay away.

Everything on this site is false. It claims I'm related to my husband ex MIL and about 45 other people whom we do not know. It also states I have a criminal record, which I do not. All reviews are terrible and they have been sued previously and labeled a scam. I contacted my attorney this am.

Signed up for a limited trial. The premium report I was after included next to nothing, nearly every detail was "pending". Searched a few people I know very well, mostly family, and their info was incredibly broad if not wholly inaccurate. This company shouldn't be allowed to exist. I'm writing my congressmen next. Absolute garbage

Wow!!! I looked myself up and found out I have a criminal record I did not even know I had!!! My huband died of cancer and l was left with nothing and I had to file for bankruptcy. I guess that makes me a criminal!!! You people are evil.You should be ashamed of yourselves but I'm sure your not because your have no conscience.

SCAM and they will steal your credit card information. Their info about me is completely false since I do not have a criminal record. I will contact Google Webmaster and U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act to have them removed. I wil be looking to sue them in near future.

I have NEVER signed up for this site, and they have very negative info/lies about me. They have me related to people that I have never heard of!!

I would GIVE THE -1,000,000,000,000,000 if possible. These thieves. I got caught in a Worker on a Government job , taking kick backs. He was found not guilty on those charges . Though found him guilty on telling 5-7 Contractors to lower their price if they wanted jobs. This guy was cutting our throats. The job in question. We made $ 0.00 money on. I DID NOTHING WRONG. Though when you pull my name up. BINGO there is my name .WHY. Because I told the Truth. He told me on open , OPEN END Under $25,000.00 . If we wanted the job we needed to lower or numbers. This guy they busted was actually saving Taxpayers money. He priced a job we did for $19,300.00 total. The competetitiors started at $37,000.00 . This Countt Official used 5 sibs to cut each other’s throats. So you put my name on Google Search. There I am. So I call these SCUM BAGS. For $560.00 a month they will clear the internet. I am a Stage 4 cancer fighter. I need a job. When I refused their rediculous price. They post me as a 1.7 out of 5 stars as a person. I would have been 1 but I have cancer. SCum Bags

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. They even go to the extent of compromising other sites to direct you to them instead; get your credit card info, and start charging you. You'll be thinking you signed up with another company using their name (as they "stole" you from your going to another site).

Then you cannot get anyone on the phone; and you cannot cancel your "subscription". An excuse to charge people for a useless illegitimate non-business!

DO NOT EVER SIGN UP WITH THESE THIEVES!!!!!!

My reputation is spotless. No criminal record, no court records, no civil suits, no aliases, and no negative activity at all. My Life makes me out to be a criminal, even giving associates that I don't even know. I've contacted them multiple times to correct my information, and they want to extort money from me in exchange for posting correct information. They've been sued in the past, but persist in their criminal activities. They've also been sued by people who gave them credit card information, and they used it for fraudulent charges. This is a scam operation based out of Los Angeles. Do your homework. I'm presently working to make them remove my information mostly because it isn't correct. This isn't a legitimate business. It's a scam like any other scam.
