Spin the wheel is a rip off. when do we get anything, nobody seems to be winning anything, we are entering our numbers and getting nothing back at all. The old system was better at least we collected points quicker and got vouchers. Don't think anyone is happy and I have read many reviews mostly 1 star.

Spin the wheel and win a Camper Van? More chance landing on the Sun, How’s the Draw done , who does the Draw, Who win’s, where’s the name of the winner of the Competition, Come on give us a clue what’s going on

The numbers haven't been printed on the paper for a few days, at least in NI, but when I went to the missing number option today I was informed that I had to wait 7 days to use it again. It's not my fault the Mail can't print the numbers and of course there is no means of complaining or raising the problem

Bring back Nectar points.

Entered two sets of numbers and was asked to spin the wheel. On both occasions, the screen went blank and you can't re-enter the numbers! I agree with other reviewers that we should revert to Nectar points.

Spin the wheel ? I enter my unique numbers and the screen where I expect the golden wheel to appear goes blank, cannot enter numbers again and total number of tickets held does not alter. This appears to be a waste of time.

Reward points, Biggest con ever now you spin a wheel and only ever get 2 points it’s like the games at the fairgrounds totally rigged
Will buy another newspaper from now on.

Every day I enter the Spin the Wheel childish experience and what for! A couple of points to get the opportunity of the latest offer. Bring back Nectar points at least you could see something tangible for the cost of the newspaper.

Hi, I have been with MyMail for years never had any problems at all, until recently if I send an email to the wrong email address I get the Daemon message return it has been in Russian I contacted myMail and they told me my account is totally safe and the reason I am get a Russian reply is because they deal in Russia as well as uk and that my English reply is at the bottom of the email. To be honest I don’t trust them anymore

I am on the point of giving up this utter waste of time.
For years I’ve collected rewards and enjoyed countless items in goods. Now all I seem to do is spin a dam annoying wheel and get nothing for my trouble of buying the newspaper 7 days a week

On numerous occasions I enter the unique number but no spin the wheel comes on screen just the mail offers.So no tickets added.

Think the new rewards is complete rubbish - no idea what it does at all!! Bring back Nectar points.

Have been entering numbers for some time as i have a nectar card .Continued when the prizes were introduced and find that at certain times my
number of ticxkets revert to zero .Does anyone know when the new prizes are introduced and why are we no told of the prize winners .

Why doesn't the Daily mail online care about the ridiculous slow performance? It's so slow i'm sure like me people give up and change to another news app? i've read the mail app for years on my iphone or tablet but it's too boring waiting for it to wake up!! looking at the reviews they obviously do not care about its readers!! It's been slow since way before Christmas and nothings being done to sort it!! disgusted at the way they don't care!!

Two days ago I emailed the Daily Mail regarding an issue with their Spin To Win game. The issue being that out of 14 consecutive spins each one stopped on the Nº2. It seemed that the operator had resolved the issue yesterday as the results appeared to be quite random again, no explanation or apology to their customer base but at least they fixed the problem, or so I thought ... today (4 Jan '24) 2 spins resulted in 2 x 2!
If this game was a naturally random system, each spin would have a 1 in 6 chance of stopping on a particular number it is, therefore, feasible that I have just been unfortunate today, however, I never seem to be fortunate enough to stop on #20 twice in succession!
I shall NOT be renewing my subscription.

Daily Mail reader for over 50yrs, always delivered by newsagent. The recent push to convert everyone to online membership is tiresome. I have also entered the back page numbers since it’s inception.
I have also experienced consecutive 2,s for 8days. The lack of apology in the newspaper would indicate it’s almost certainly deliberate. In short - to rattle our cage. I’m done.

I agree with all the other comments. Somethings wrong with the Mail Spin the Wheel. I had quite random numbers until mid Dec and now 2 every time.
Come on Daily Mail subscribers need to be treated better. It's a lottery if anyone wins but you aren't treating loyal readers correctly. I suspect you've altered the algorithm when people reach a certain level of points. Treat us with respect. There are other papers out there!

If I could it would be 0 stars.....biggest con going....2 in 7 consecutive days....really difficult to access winners list and draw dates and accumulated 'ticket' total for each draw....if this continues uo to Saturday will cancel order for Mail....it's becoming a rag with decreasing standard of reportage, opinion pieces and editorial and this draw rubbish is the last straw.

As reported by others, I have obtained 2 points for the last consecutive 8 days. I think that is extremely unlikely if the system is working randomly.
