The mailer started off working fine but it soon stopped and Brett Rutecky the owner/admin is very rude. He will not help with questions and when he responds he is so rude. Do not buy anything from this jerk.

When it works it is fine, the problem is consistency. Also, you will not find more rude and condescending support anywhere else in the marketing world...Brett Rutecky takes 1st place. He will defend himself and demonize his customers before offering any real customer support. Buyer beware.

I've used just the mailit plugin and had fantastic results.... But the cloud based MyMailit is 1000 times better. Brett explains very well how to protect your account. It's very clear that you have to let your list know that you are changing mailers and there are things you can do to warm your list up, like run special bonuses etc. That way your list can even celebrate with you! There's no way you can lose money... You don't have a monthly fee. Save money, and give your list more bonuses! That's what a caring list owner does. I've never seen anyone that has used Mymailit correctly have anything but success with it. The templates are super cool as well! The training is easy to understand and thorough. It's fast and reliable. Some of the biggest marketers with the biggest lists use it with no hassle. It's truly epic! The owners of Mymailit are honest and fair. I have just about every single one of their products. They are all built with excellence.

MyMailit from Brett Rutecky is very cheap but is the worse email marketing autoresponder that I used in my 20 year of experience. Some days after the guarantee expire my account was blocked with no explanation. I contacted the support explaing that I'm making a correct use and Brett said to me that I could continue to use the service but if some users report spam my account will shut down. I never had this type of problem with the prior service because my list love me. MyMailit is a cheap service with poor quality and very bad support.
