I took 3 years insurance for two iphones. Luckily I did not require any insurance claims. However policy had a 50% refund option in case of non-utliziation. I contacted the company which is run by single person and he told that they will return 50% premium of 1 year only. I submitted the necessary documents but nothing happened. I left review regarding the same and I got a message/email, that since I have posted a review againts the company I will not get a refund. Also on my review the company replied that they have processed my refund in SBI account. FYI I did not have any aacount in SBI at that time.

I wish there was an option to give a negative star rating because this company certainly deserves that. They are thieves, bloody thieves! I purchased a laptop insurance from them - first, they were not responsive when I tried to raise a claim, then they asked me to send over my laptop to them which I did, and then they charged me 7500+ for JUST PUTTING A CELLOTAPE ON THE BROKEN EDGE OF MY LAPTOP!!! NEVER EVER BUY ANY INSURANCE FROM THEM.......NEVER!!!!

Total fraud company, one cannot file claim on their website, as website only contain pages where there is info about insurance.
Once you call to swati or some other person for claim, they stop answering your phone. For new users, kindly check each link in their website, only 2 or 3 are opening, rest are unusable.

This is a fraud company.Its worthless company founded to loot people money.All your calls will be answers till you buy the insurance, but once you raise the claim they will not even answer your call nor respond to mail.They are the biggest cheaters.Dont even think of buying anything from them.I have brought mobile insurance from them and once i raised the claim after my mobile damaged they started ignoring the calls and messages.

Please please verify before you buy, this company is fraud, its not slow, its extremely fast at selling since it is scam they will be lightening fast at selling you whichever policy you like, might negotiate the price too if they sense you have smelled the scam or are about to bunk. I repeat Do not buy anything from them! Your claim wont be slow it just wont be honoured, the logo on the website says everything it is low res cant read anything. This is one of those mobile phone scams you should absolutely steer clear of.

This company is run by a group and not a corporate structure. They take money providing a very good upfront and play fraud. Once the money goes into their account, they don't care what happened to your appliance. Don’t weast your time and money on this fraud

On 15-01-2023 I searched for theft protection plan on web and came to notice they are offering it, I have purchased 3 Year Total Damage Theft Protection Plan for my Macbook Pro laptop, but they sent me 1year plan as an invoice after intimating they edited and sent me again for 3 years and sent a manually typed invoice. This will not happen in any other company, and I feel like I have been manipulated, I came to notice on google reviews after payment in which other customers also suffered the same consequence’s They haven’t send the policy documents till date, the Google review posts proves to be true when I asked for the refund from them or the policy documents. I have received a payment link from 9560352876 and contacted me from this number and unofficial mail Id: timesglobalassurance @gmail.com in which they sent me the invoice copy. I haven’t received any document from support @mymobileinsurance.com till date, On 15-01-2023 from 9560352876 number they messaged me that the refund will happen in 90 days after asking about refund, and on 17/01/2023 they sent a mail stating no refund will be issued. From ,official mail Id. They haven’t shared any policy document which states no refund policy during purchase in what’s app, and I haven't received any policy document terms and conditions as a pdf document from this mail support @ mymobileinsurance.com . They are sending it from an unofficial mail Id: timesglobalassurance @gmail.com , Till date I haven’t received any document or my refund , I don’t think this company exists . I prefer a refund . Their company address and billing address is totally different .
