Metzeler Karoo4 launched in March '22 purchased a set on April'22 delivered in a week. First time purchasing from this website and but skeptic at first but so far so good.
I bought the tires on Friday, I get them on Monday. No problem at all and the assistance was great!
Still waiting for my refund even though they admitted in writing that they made a mistake. Don’t buy the hype... these guys have horrid after sales. As said before - if they get your order right, you’re fine. If they get it wrong you’re screwed. Avoid - there are more trustworthy merchants out there.

After reading all the complaints here about this website I decided against all odds to see by myself what truth is to be spread.
NONE !! I don’t know what happened to those who are disappointed but you guys should have reached out BEFORE buying.
They responded to my email and took time to clarify my doubts.
So I went all in and got my tires today (28th) after buying them 3 DAYS before.
Absolutely satisfied and I will talk to my friends about this website.

On the 24th June I was promised a refund after having received a wrong tyre (14" instead of 15"). I'm still waiting... they claim in a previous correspondence that they do not communicate via Trustpilot.. well, they don't communicate via email either. Basically, buying anything from these guys is a gamble. You'll save a few Euro if your order is correctly sent, but you're on your own if they make a mistake. There are more honest places you can go to.
If you see their latest reply you’ll see exactly how dishonest they are. There’s nothing wrong with Maltapost. I received the tyres on time but YOU SENT THE WRONG ONES… how is that the fault of Maltapost??? YOU ARE DISHONEST THIEVES WHO HAVE NO SENSE OF SHAME!!
At least you edited your original reply where you tried to blame the postal services for your mistake. You forget that you sent me an email in which you admit your mistake and promised to send a correct tyre.

I have loads of friends in the UK and France who have used myNetmoto for tires so they came highly recommended to me.
So imagine my disappointment when I tried to order a set of tires only to be told that they receive so much negative comments from Malta they will no longer ship to Malta. Usually complaining about how long it takes to ship. Again this is a bit surprising as is usual with people shipping larger or complex goods that can't just be popped into a jiffy bag, shipping can take longer. The item has to be wrapped/boxed in a manner that is acceptable to the shipping agent (in Malta that would be DHL), DHL would do a weekly pickup and then take five days or so to move the goods. So if you are unlucky and just miss the weekly pickup, you lose a week before the item is in transit, as the choice of shipping company is limited neither then vendor or the customer can do anything to speed this up. It is one of the irratants of living on an island.
To complain about this about one of the few tire companies willing to ship to Malta to such a degree that the hastle to them outweighs the financial benefit (Malta is small, the Market is never going to be worth a fortune) means that my friends will continue to regale me with tales of how much money they saved purchasing via myNETmoto whilst I continue to search for tires for my bike. So thumbs up myNETmoto and boo to the naysayers.
I ordered tyres for the motorbike. And when they arrived at the post office, i immediately saw that they sent the wrong size. Before even leaving the post office counter, i sent MyNetMoto an E-mail with a photo showing the faulty shipment. I quickly got what looked as an automated response, but after that nothing... I am now writing this review after 1,5 weeks of trying to get a reply from them, but nothing. I am now contacting PayPal for help to resolve this.
To send the wrong size can happen to every company, but then it is important to have a good customer service. Or some service AT ALL.
If you dont want this to happen to you, stay away from them.
If they eventually crawl out of their hiding and have a very good explanation for all this, i might be more lenient with my rating. But as for now, they get MINUS one star.

Very sorry you have stopped shipping to Malta, but I understand fully the issues you have been getting from others. Pity that because of a few, people like me who had a good experience don't get to have it again. Hopefully one day you will start shipping to Malta again.
This was the first time I bought tyres for my moto and mynetmoto was the company I choosed for my first experience. Guess what, I couldn´t be more happy ! I ordered my tires on 13 of March and the next day I had the tyres delivered in Portugal ! The sizes matched with the ones I ordered and my TKC80 are only 4 months old after production. I will for sure advise you guys to all my friends. Cheers
My most recent (and last) order with them was for 2 motorcycle and one scooter tyre.
Back motorcycle tyre was 3 weeks old (great!), scooter tyre was 6 months old (reasonable) but front motorcycle tyre was almost 2 years old. I am not absurd to demand 3 week old tyres but I find it unacceptable to buy at full retail price a 2 year old one. Tried to return it but return shipping would have cost me more than the value of the tyre. Of course seller did not acknowledge any wrongdoing on his side nor offered a partial refund in order to make things right for the customer so I will not bother with them for the future.
Don't trust this company with Direct online payments. Deal only with Paypal or any other secure system as they will simply steal your money.

Worst online experience for a long time!! Tyres took over 10 days to leave the warehouse even though showed lots in stock. I tried to contact the company many time via email and on the phone to get a status report. No response received via email, and phone always goes through to answer machine, and they never return your call!! Also I used the tyre finder inputting my exact make and model of bike, and it comes up with incorrect tyre size for my bike. Partly my fault as I should have double checked the sizing, but now I have an incorrect sized rear tyre! Delivery time was also excessive one dispatched from warehouse. Having paid 35euro for delivery I would have expected a quick delivery. I will NEVER recommend this company! TERRIBLE
So further to your reply just by your tone it is easy to see how customer orientated you are. Getting angry with a customer who is unhappy due to poor service. Yes shipping takes longer to Malta, does that explain why it took more than 10 days for you to dispatch the tyres? Also, if you want evidence of the emails I sent I am more than happy to supply that. Also, the numerous phone calls I made which ALWAYS got the answer machine telling me to email you, which was never replied to. And yes, please change the tyre sizing on your website for the KTM 990 Adventure S. its not a 140/80-18. Should be a 150/70-18. Your aggressive response just supports my review.

They have a very easy to use shop that works good on desktop or mobile as well. The delivery is quick and the prices very good. I like the news section, they perform their own tests and you can always find the newest tires and how to use them properly. Highly recommended!
