A friend of mine recently ordered a pair of platform Converse from this website on the 11th of November which were over £40. She was sent a conformation email shortly after but there was no information on when they would arrive. Also, the website had nothing on shipping and returns which wasn't helpful at all. She then emailed them on the 14th asking when they would be here and received no reply. A week later she emailed them again, asking what's going on with the delivery and when should it arrive, they never replied to this email either. On the 21st she received a package which was delivered in a plastic bag and once opened, contained a fake pair of Converse, which were not the shoes she ordered. They were flat and not platformed and also was not the right size. Due to already owning a pair of REAL Converses she can state the differences between the pairs. I'd advise anyone who orders from this website to be very cautious with their decisions and anyone who has given them good words must be and easily or poorly satisfied. This is very aggravating and distressing and is actually against many regulations. This company is NOT UK based at all. Never will I or my friend visit, share or recommend this website to anyone.

An friend of mine ordered an item, was duly charged, with no receipt given. The item was not shipped, and multiple emails were not replied to. Phone numbers given on the website did not work.

Advertising items which have been discontinued, charging for items ordered without providing receipt, not shipping the items ordered and not responding to customer’s requests for information clearly constitutes a fraudulent trading practice in breach of UK and EU legislation.

I ORDERED A SEALEY SDM30 BENCH DRILL BY GOING THROUGH A WEB PAGE THAT TOOK ME DIRECT TO "MNC" WHICH WAS ACCEPTED AND MY PAYMENT IN FULL TAKEN AND CONFIRMED BY GOOGLE WALLET AND THE "MNC" WEB SITE QUOTED A 2-5 DAY DELIVERY,
HOWEVER AFTER A WEEK I CONTACTED THEM TO FIND OUT WHERE MY ORDER WAS ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THE PAYMENT THAT I HAD MADE WAS NOT ENOUGH FOR THE AMOUNT THAT THEY WANTED FOR THE GOODS.
SO THEY SAID THE BEST THEY CAN DO IS REFUND MY MONEY, BUT I HAD TO
CONTACT THEM AGAIN FOR THEM TO MAKE THE REFUND HAPPEN.
WHAT I FIND SO ANNOYING IS THE FACT THAT THEY ARE IN THE WRONG BY
NOT CONTACTING ME IN THE FIRST PLACE AND WITH HOLDING MY CASH IN THE MEAN TIME.
MY ADVICE TO ANYONE OUT THERE IS TO "AVOID USING MNC AT ALL COST AS THEY ARE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE"

I have used this company for so many years buying different items and have NEVER had a problem, they are always friendly and bend over backwards to help you, this company doesnt deserve the comments that have been made, some people thrive on giving bad feedback but dont often praise, the society in which we live in, so dont beleive everything you read as some people are hard to please, hope this helps you to have more confidence to buy with them,
MNC to me have always been great, no matter what i have ordered and will defo order again and have told my family and friends this as well, brill company

I highly recommend this site/shop. They have been brilliant towards me and have got all my products to me safely and quickly. They have been very helpful, especially when i couldn't find one of my products. i have used site for many years and have had no problems with it. A very cheap and helpful company. thank you MNC :) DO NOT READ the comments below. I live local and they do not work in a garage!!

things look really cheap compared to most sites.
They say items are in stock when they are not, had to wait 10 days for next day delivery service.
check out the company details on web,(MNC group LTD) reg no 6188979 they have no cash in bank.
Operate from a garage frome home (thats what it appears)
I personaly think they get lots of internet orders of a certain product then order in bulk to try keep prices down.
wont use again glad i ordered with credit card, they also charged extra for this but didnt show up on original invoice.
They do say they make a small charge on certain credit cards, i bet they charge for all.
STAY AWAY, you have been warned!!

wanted an item that appeard to be in stock but phoned them up and found they had no stock

I ordered a product from MNC and the payment was deducted however the goods were out of stock. On 4 occasions they advised by e mail that the goods were out of stock and they would refund the money they should not have deducted. I ordered the goods elsewhere however one week later the goods from MNC arrived who advised that I should refund the goods at my own expense. After much discussion they agreed to cover the cost of return postage if I send the goods back. I was relunctant to do this from there previous abysmal service however I was in a catch 22 situation. On sending back the goods they have covered only the initial cost and not the return postage (which they also agreed to return in a discussion with Trading Standards). Service is aggressive, constant lying and always from a point of view that the customer is always wrong. They also show the Shopsafe logo on there website when they are not members (as confirmed by Shopsafe). Happy to share all the emails I've had with MNC as their words speak 100 times louder than anything I can say.
