I complained about earlier and received feedback from company. Since I can not reply to that response, I am creating new one to respond.
I am checking your emails and responding to your emails. It same response of cancelling subscription through PayPal which has been done.
Also why three payments are debited for yearly subscription.

You should have received an automatic reply from us when you contacted us originally stating that we were closed for our Christmas shutdown and that we would reply early in January. So far so good
So far so good. I joined, paid my money, entered recent cards and received a WHS handicap, and now have a card bearing my name and that handicap.
Bizarrely, that card shows not only my name but also my logon name which is a random name and is nothing to do with my name and handicap. It is not necessary in the card and will confuse anyone who asks to look at it.
As I haven’t played golf at any clubs since I joined I cannot say whether it is of any use yet.

Steal funds once you have left
Even if you cancel your membership, they will continue to take funds from your payment method and then refuse to reimburse. In addition to the actual 'handicap' being non-official and of little use. In short, don't waste your time

When someone cancels their membership we send them an email with the subject 'PayPal' which has instructions on how to cancel the subscription you create with us via PayPal in your PayPal account. If you do not cancel your PayPal subscription they will continue to take payment and push it to us. Once you cancel your PayPal subscription no more money will be pushed to us. Thanks. Your MOGC team

I inadvertently paid twice for the same golf card when asked for a refund on the second payment my request was ignored and the company kept payment untrustworthy in my opinion.

Somehow I have been charged twice and…
Somehow I have been charged twice and haven’t received my handicap card two weeks after the double payment was taken.
However, they have sorted out the issue very swiftly. Good service once they became aware of the problem.
