Ordered mid July. It's now the end of August and still no shoes. 2 weeks ago said will ship tomorrow. Emailed again with the same promise of shipping tomorrow. Who knows if I will ever see the shoes. Either way, highly unprofessional and dishonest.

I purchased shoes in the beginning of March. I didn’t receive order confirmation even i emailed and asked at the end of the month. I, again, did not receive any answer..
Now, 50 days later, not only do I not have the shoes I plaid for, but they haven't answer to my e-mails.
The only think I want at this point and am rightfully deserved is a refund for shoes I bought and never received!!!
Unacceptable experience!!!

I purchased shoes in the beginning of August. I didn’t receive order confirmation until I emailed and asked at the end of August. I, again, did not receive any sort of confirmation until I emailed and asked and received a tracking number (all of the information in Chinese by the way) in September.
50 emails later, it is the beginning of October and not only do I not have the shoes but they are refusing to give me a refund.
The bogus trackinf number they gave me says my shoes were delivered but my post office says they never received a thing. I have asked and begged and explained to get a refund or reship the shoes I plaid for and they are blaming me and refusing to do anything to fix the situation.
The only think I want at this point and am rightfully deserved is a refund for shoes I bought and never received.
I gave them three months of patience and they have given me nothing but haste.
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUISSNESS.

This is really great. This is a gift for my cousin. He likes his hands very much, the quality is excellent, and he will come again.

They were a gift for my daughter's birthday. She can never get cute shoes because her feet are too darn big (size 11!) so she absolutely loved them! Seller went above and beyond to get them to her as quickly as possible and it was much appreciated! Wonderful to work with. Great experience. Thank you! And, for the little bonus too! My daughter is 7 months pregnant with a little girl and she hung the Mickey charm on the baby's diaper bag.

Shoes came out great and just as pictured! It’s so amazing how you can do this ! The only thing is by the heel he design fades into a white right at the end. But other than that, the shoes came out great! Would buy again

The art work arrived in a timely fashion and the sketch is lovely, as pictured. The art work was well-protected, but secured with excess packing tape, which made it tricky to remove the art work safely. A minor point for future improvement.

This has been such a horrible experience. Apparently they ship from overseas and it takes well over a month to get. Thanks for NOT making it for Christmas!! DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!

I ordered a pair for my birthday in May (Beatles ones) and have just ordered another different pair for myself for Christma( Eric Draven The Crow) ! So well done! Get so many compliments on my tennis shoes! Love this place! Will be ordering again in a few months! Yeah!

Trust me, the one I bought just looks dope. Pokemon painted on my Converse looks of really high quality. I was worried at first whether it will fit me or not, regarding the quality, etc. But when it arrived, the fit was perfect and the quality was impeccable. It just exceeded my expectations. Totally worth the price. And the seller too, was responsive, though late at times but always responded!

I ordered a pair of shoes 3 email later and over 3 months i got my shoes. They was wrong so i called them. They said they would send a new pair done correctly. 2 months later no shoes. After 3 emails i get an email they was sent! No tracking # nothing i asked for a refund 2 emails later still no answer. I have contacted pay pal for a refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE unless you plan on waiting 2 to 3 months to get the wrong shoes.

Great paint work. The quality of the paint/art work was awesome (lilo and stitch just like in the website), the birthday girl and everyone loved it. Considering the cost of these shoes. It was worth for the artwork, regardless of the brand name of the shoes authenticity. Came within two weeks of the order. Great customer service too.

Surprising!! I have never seen such a creative shoes.It is very comfortable to wear,and my friends all think it looks good. I will repurchase!!!
