After almost 4 years

After almost 4 years I'm concluding that these guys may just be scammers. Neither of the phone numbers on their website work anymore, they've stopped responding to emails or communications regarding the status of our case. And when they would respond in the past, they would always say it's on track but will take more time. Even though they originally quoted 1 year. If you've fallen for the trap of buying a timeshare, do yourself a favor and avoid turning to these guys. It's just a 2nd trap to take more money from the vulnerable.

I’m not sure if you have the correct business for your review ma’am ? We don’t sell a tangible product off the shelf only a labor intensive service helping those exit their timeshare purchase and or contract . I don’t have you anywhere In our system. My apologies on your situation !

Horrible communication all promises

At first you guys were great. Made all these wonderful promises to keep in contact, give updates get my case close in 7 month. These are all things in my contract. It’s been two years now and I’m getting no communication from anyone. Every time I try to contact “Paul” the attorney handling my case, I get no response or what tragic tendencies seams to be happening in his life. I have things going on in my life too and at this point need this to be over with. NOT IGNORED. I am about to report him and this company to the legal board as well as better business bureau. All I am asking for is someone to communicate with me and can’t even get that. I don’t think I’m asking for much when I ask for an update on my case

This team of people handled our affair and it was done professionally. It did take time but it is over and it got done even with covid-

Amazing Customer attention!

Great team, great people, great quote. I became PCS client after being thoroughly explained the truth of Timeshares. The rep I spoke with, Jason, was so transparent and honest while looking out for my interest and the companies as well! the level of customer service and the knowledge they have in their service is assuring and beyond fair! the fact that they want constant open communication with their clients when working with them is sign for me of great care and understanding. Highly recommend and i'm truly glad to be working with them on my case!

Recently we visited a resort and were…

Recently we visited a resort and were pressured into a purchase. We regretted it immediately and contacted this company PCS for immediate assistance. Even though it was a weekend we reached someone and received the help we needed which is rare to find. After talking with Lindsay she put us in touch with Paul and and he was very kind and helpful. Thank you so much to all of you for your help. I would recommend them if you need assistance!

Don’t beat yourself up and remember next time when you sit there and don’t just get up and walk out they think you are interested and potentially one of you actually wants the timeshare. So in their eyes it’s only about the money, and that’s why they drop it from 50k down to these $12-13k packages after 8-10 no’s. This system is well designed to wear you down over hours of agonizing turn table sales tactics until one of you caves. It’s not because you were weak or foolish or stupid it’s because you are human and they “Yes” you to death. Usually but not all the time it’s the wife that wants to create the memories that come with a family vacation or trip and then of course the “Happy wife Happy Life” mentality kicks in and next thing you know it’s like your being hypnotized. When you left that sales center the only thing on your mind was that you will never get those 4 hours back and it’s time to enjoy your day. After the trip you had to get back to the daily grind of work and responsibilities and only by pure grace did you see our company online and pick us amongst all others. The important part is you did and now it’s all over. So thank you for your review thank you for your trust and I wish you and your wife many happy anniversaries together. Congratulations!

Recently my family purchased a…

Recently my family purchased a timeshare while on a vacation. Shortly after we left the Orange lake resort we were already second guessing our decision. We called our sales person and he said we have 2 weeks to think about it and not to worry if we didn’t want to continue all we had to do was call him and he would cancel our contract. After about a week we did call him and tell him we didn’t wish to proceed . A few weeks later we got a envelope In the mail with a statement for a credit card we never even agreed to open with a balance of over $3,000.00and were totally taken by surprise. We called our sales man Rick and he didn’t answer so we called the toll free number and found out it was never cancelled and we were Past the cancellation period which was only 7days not 2 weeks. After the initial shock and anger we realized we had been lied to and had a major problem on our hands. We went on the internet and started searching for answers that day and found many different people saying many different things. Everyone we spoke to was asking for thousands of dollars up front until we spoke to Jason at this company. He spent over an hour listening to our situation and calming us down and explained that the resorts are only concerned with one thing and thats making money. He also informed us he could show us our options and prove to us that he was able to help us get out by showing us other people in similar situations he has helped. He was upfront about the costs involved and how we would be protected since our cost would be held in escrow until we were out. After seeing several other people’s reviews on line and the actual releases for myself we decided to make a leap and pay them to get us out and get some money back. This was in September of 2019 and now here we are in March and it’s finally over. My family never thought we were foolish People and have always made good decisions, this was not our brightest moment and without this company and Jason our Case Manager we would have been in real trouble. We recovered our money on the credit card we didn’t authorize and were able to get free of this contract for about the same amount of money we recovered from the credit card. Thank you Jason, Paul, Lindsay and everyone else that assisted on our families nightmare. I would recommend this group to anyone who owns a timeshare or has been taken as we were.

Just signed up with this company

Just signed up with this company. Timeshare cost was getting overwhelming. Terry explained the process in detail. He was both professional and thorough. Lindsay was also helpful and knowledgeable. Just waiting now to have this burden lifted.

Thank you PCS

This Company assisted my wife and I with getting out of our timeshare with Wyndham. They were available to us throughout the time they worked on it and finished the job within the year they said they would. If it wasn’t for PCS & Paul we would still be wasting money monthly.
