They finally arrived after all

They finally arrived after all! So I thought I better revise my review. The samples were delivered with less packaging than the last time I ordered samples but they were all undamaged which is good. I hope in future they will give better communication (reply to emails) I am very relieved to have received my order. I think their prices are fair and the order was delivered in just over a month from California to New Zealand which is also reasonable. So, disregard my previous review :-)

SCAMMED

I spent around $70 to get a range of samples and they never arrived, the company would not respond to emails, and when I got PayPal involved, they would not respond to PayPal either. Fortunately PayPal refunded my money directly. Don't give these scammers your money.

Money waste!!!

I placed an order with myperfumesamples.com they charged my card and never shipped my order. I send a message a few time but they don't reply and don't take a phone this is fraud company for sure, very dissapointed with this waste of money don't make a purchase from this fraud web site

I placed an order August 5,2019 for samples as of today 8/13/2019 i have yet to receive an email about my order i did two inquiry tickets and still haven't heard from anyone and then they don't have working numbers. Reporting this company to the better business bureau. And i want my money refunded

Never ordering from this website again

I placed an order for samples of 6 different perfumes Feb 2nd, 2019. I received an email with the text below:
"An item in your order is temporarily out of stock. We will ship your order on or before February 20, 2019. If you would like to change or cancel the item please contact customer service as soon as possible at ****@myperfumesamples.com or respond to this support ticket."
I responded to that email on 3 separate occasions, one of them was asking about what sample exactly that's out of stock, no reply. Then they sent me 3 of the samples I ordered and marked the order as "complete" on their website. One of the vials wasn't even titled. On the packing list I received with the 3 samples, they hand-marked the ones that weren't delivered with that order and wrote that they'd be shipped separately, to this day, I have yet to receive those remaining samples.
Since they weren't responding to my replies, I went to their website and contacted their customer service from there, they replied:
"Sorry for the inconvenience and I have checked on your order and we have a a new vendor and it has been taking longer than normal for some of the stock to get refilled. I see your missing items will be in by Monday and will be shipped asap after that. Again we apologize for the wait and appreciate your patience."

This was Feb 21st, 2019. I replied that I want what I paid for the remaining samples refunded and they didn't reply. Mar 2nd, I sent another message through their website and they have never responded.
Although I lost the money I paid for those 3 samples, I'm so glad I didn't order and pay more. What a huge scam!

My card has been charged, i would like to see this sent in a reasonable time frame. Fragrancenet waited 8 days, wouldn't respond to my attempts to contact and never shipped my order so I'm having to fight to get my money back and I just want to be sure nothing similar will happen here.

Total scam.

I ordered two samples. They sent one which was NOT even the perfume it claimed to be. They do not respond to complaints. If you try to call, the message tells you to leave your name and number but it does not allow you to leave them. Total scam.

I would leave zero stars if I could

I would leave zero stars if I could. Ripped me off of $40.26. My order never arrived. Tried to contact customer service via e-mail over 20 times over a one month period. Got one response that they were looking into the tracking and offered 15% off my next order. REALLY?!? Their customer service phone number is of no use either. There is just a recording and prompts you to leave a message that doesn't record.

They are slow as a snail on slippery pavement

They are slow. They have quite a few samples though, but you will wait forever t o receive them. If you can wait 4-5 weeks your order will come. I emailed customer service, and they replied that the wildfires impacted their delivery.....which could have at some point. Otherwise.....their slow. Pay a little more and order mini bottles or samples somewhere else.

What the What the

You must be located extremely far from the post office. Its been on its way there for 4 days. Still not there. Of course out there you could still be using the Pony Express. With the research I've done it should take about 65 days to reach me here in NY. That's making sure you have fresh horses and riders to get to me. I understand that weather could also be an issue. Thank God we don't have to worry about highway robbers and thieves. Evidently they all work for you. From previous reviews I know I will not receive a response in 24 hrs.....again the Pony Express. LOL AT YOU. Glad its only 15 bucks you got from me. Other customers lost more.

I had placed a couple of orders

I had placed a couple of orders. The status of them didn't change for almost two weeks. I reached out and they marked the orders as complete. The orders sat showing pre-shipment status from the tracking number for almost a month. When I received the first order, it only contained two of the items I ordered. I reached out several times and never received a response. It took almost two more weeks for the shipment of my second order. It had all its items however, one of the bottles was cracked and leaked out. I'm still short two of the items from my first purchase.

BEWARE OF THIEVES!!!

They are basically thieves so they take your money they print out a mailing label that’s never used the post office says it was printed but they don’t have it and I get no response from Them on when I’m going to get my products which I’m probably never will I have filed a complaint with PayPal and the Better Business Bureau so I’m hoping for some type of results because they owe me $64.50 which is beyond my budget at my age and I am beyond mad. This has Been going on for the past 2 to 3 weeks
