I ordered the blanket for my friend's baby, although I have not seen it, she was very impressed with it . I think its lovely to have the name on the blanket. It was delivered when I was told that it will be delivered. Price Good and I was kept up to date with the process which I liked.

very poor quality and also made of poor quality everywhere the threads stick out.

Beautiful gift set with blanket and comforter for new baby. Would buy again. Would be good if gift boxes were a bit cheaper as they make it more special.

Admittedly I hardly ever write a review on anything normally but when you receive poor service on something it's my view that you really don't want anyone else to experience the same thing so that is what has prompted me to write this one.

I ordered 2 items recently from MyPersonalisedBaby. One of the items ordered was a personalised unisex grey sweatshirt. Immediately my wife noticed the cuff width of both sleeves to look unusually tight. I measured them at just under 2 inches, this compared to the nearest similar top we already owned at the time of measuring of 2.5 inches, this is quite a difference for a 8 month old baby!

I emailed the company straight away to the correct email address and got a bounce back. I then pasted this email into Facebook and got a reply back a few hours later (on a Sunday so at this stage was quite impressed). However the reply back was unsatisfactory. It stated:

"on all of our sweatshirts there is a size chart that is there for customers to check before purchasing, as our items are personalised it is important to check this before before ordering" (I still have copies of this reply for proof).

Ok so I hop to the size chart which for all sizes of sweatshirt has 3 columns, length, chest and arms! So none of which has any relevance whatsoever to the query I raised which was to do with the overly thing cuff width. I then proceed to ask why this size chart is being referred to and "John" replies with "cuff size isn't something we, or other retailers offer". So why waste my time referring me to size charts in the first place??

I contacted MPB to alert them that a top they are selling is not fit for purpose and will be very uncomfortable for any baby unfortunate to have this put on them. In fact they should be grateful that I brought it to their attention, not try tactics to avoid refunds for defective/poor quality clothing. It feels they uses the personalised line to avoid refunds knowing it scares customers away from very cheap and suitable babywear.

Since messaging words similar to the above I have received no reply and now do not expect to since 1 week has elapsed. Like many internet clothing companies the clothing is not amazing quality but I was willing to look past this if at least the customer service had made up for it in some way.

Maybe I'll set up a personalised baby clothing brand myself with sweatshirts with no arms at all and refuse refunds due to the fact it has the baby's initials on!!

Not happy and no reply to this review should convince anyone otherwise, I am aware what it says regarding refunds of personalised goods, I have no problem with that, this garment is too tight for any baby 6-12 months and should have been refunded due to being defective.

Purchased a lovley personalised blanket for my Grandaughter came packaged beautifully and very quickly.Would highly recommend and will buy from this shop again.

I loved everything about my order! It didn’t take long to come, the packaging was gorgeous and the blanket itself is just beautiful and i cant wait for my son to be here and announce his name with it.

Nice product, packaged lovely, quite quick delivery so 4 stars I would have given 5 but for the price I think a little expensive.

I ordered the shawl for my granddaughter and it arrived and was exactly as ordered excellent service would highly recommend
