Nice little gift
Nice little gift. I bought a baby’s dressing gown. Good quality. Had an issue with delivery and had to wait longer that I wanted. But they sorted the issue out and I’m happy.

Ordered on 4/3 paid for Tracked 48 delivery, had no correspondence since order confirmation, no reply to email and every phone call goes to voicemail after ringing out or is sent to voicemail after a couple of rings

I ordered a blanket and after 10 days…
I ordered a blanket and after 10 days received nothing after 4 messages I received a reply that there was a problem with the website and I would receive an update that day nothing came back and after a further message I received a message from the owner apologising and offering an extra item. I appreciate they say they had problems with the website and the blanket I ordered had to be changed and that companies do have staffing problems but the communication was poor and when I did receive the blanket it was gray rather than blue although was a nice blanket and I got an extra pacifier as an apology but in general was a bad experience only slightly saved by the owner getting a grip of things a 3 rating is probably generous

The name was spelt wrong on the blanket, I put the name as ‘Elaïa Eastwood’ and it came as ‘Elaia Eastwood’ not the happiest to be honest.

I loved the product
I loved the product. Gorgeous. Brought for my nieces first Xmas. Be mindful of closure over Xmas though as it did arrive in January. Nonetheless the baby pink blanket with the pom poms at the end was gorgeous.

I had high expectations but left disappointed.

As advised on email exchange, the blanket sent to you was correct.
With regards to our responses; your first email was received on 11/01/24 at 9.49am, we responded on the same day at 11.01am asking for a picture of the item recieved.
Your next email was received on 11/01/24 at 7.55pm (after working hours). Unfortunately we could not reply to your email on Friday due to workload and staff shortage on that day. We need to ensure all orders are sent out in a timely manner.
We do not cover emails over Saturday and Sundays.
Your next email was received this afternoon (15/01/24) at 2.34pm, to which we responded at 2.45pm advising we would be looking into the colour issue by tomorrow at the very latest (16/01/24). You then replied at 3.07pm advising you were "...not going to waste anymore of my time on this matter". Which has been followed by your review.
Given the timing of our responses and taking the weekend into consideration, we would have hoped to have resolved this issue for you.
We are disappointed we didn't meet your high expenctations this time round, but we are pleased you are happy to keep the blanket and gift on as you have advised. We hope your friend loves them.
