Great personalisation.
Everything I ordered was lovely and a great gift for my daughter from her big brother. Only thing I would say I think the bunny needs proper eyes not just the stich work.

I bought a personalised teddy bear and blanket. I am so delighted, both the packaging and items were both stunning. I will most definetely be shopping here again. Delivery was prompt even allowing for Christmas and postal strikes. Excellent service.

We feel it's very unjust and would like to clarify a few points.
It is clearly stated on our delivery page, https://mypersonalisedbaby.co.uk/delivery/, that our turnaround time is 2-5 working days, and during busy periods (such as Christmas) to expect upto 10 days. So on our guidelines, from the date of your order to expected disptach would be 30/12/22.
You placed your order on 17/12/22 (Saturday) and we dispatched your order on 20/12/22 (Tuesday) this is a 2 working day turnaround time; which I'm sure you'll agree is very good, especially considering it's the busiest time of year for retail.
We're sorry your expectations haven't been met here. Your email of the 22/12/22 wasn't replied to as we closed down for Christmas. We are a small, family run business, and like everybody, we close for a few days over Christmas.
On our delivery page, it clearly states we use Royal Mail, we are not responsible for their decisions with striking, which has been heavily reported on in the news, causing huge disruptions.
If you're ordering a gift for Christmas, especially something that is personalised, during the busiest period of the year for retail and deliveries, our advice is order in advance to avoid disapointment.
