The face doesn't match at all, only the eye color is correct. Overall, the tomcat is too big. The paw color doesn't match either. Definitely not worth €260.

I ordered a Petsie of my lovely little dog Pippa, she passed away in April 2024, I’m devastated and struggling to come to terms with the loss of her.
I saw an advert for Petsies and even though it’s quite expensive, I decided to get one of my little Pip.
She came a few days ago and I’m really pleased, yes she’s not exactly the same as Pip because it’s a soft toy not my little dog, but it’s very close.
I sent A LOT of pictures, a detailed description and opted for the sneak peek, which gave me the chance to alter up to three times before receiving her.
She’s very life like, my cat was scared of her and now keeps looking at her waiting for her to move.
Petsies have got her face spot on, theirs a couple of things that aren’t quite right, she’s stockier than my little dog, but that’s hard to get right without sending exact measurements, so overall I’m happy.
My little dog has a smooth coat with a couple of ruffles of hair on her neck, I mentioned this in the description and they’ve added this to the Petsie, which was unique to her.
They could of packaged her better, she was in a box with a couple of bits of tissue paper but for the money she should of been packaged better, as her whiskers are bent on one side and her one eye is a little scuffed at the corner, with more packaging this could be avoided.
I had a good experience with Petsies, if I had any questions, they always answered me, I’m in the UK, so there was a time barrier but I found their customer service and designers always answered my questions.
It took 9 weeks to get my Petsie, but like I said I’m in the UK and I did have the colour altered after the first sneak peek, she’s worth the wait and even though she’s not brought my little dog back, I’m still pleased that I have a custom made replica of her for the years to come.

Whatever you do don't buy one from these people. My dog passed away recently and I was excited to have something sweet that looked like her and they totally butchered her. It looks absolutely nothing like her! I want my money and they refuse to make it right. I have no faith that they could do it right a second. Totally ripped me off!

I ordered a custom Petsie that was over $200 for my mother for mothers day, waited over a month to see it looks nothing like our late yorkie teacup who passed away recently. What’s even more heartbreaking, frustrating, infuriating,etc., is the fact that they won't give me my money back. Then the audacity of them to make an offer for suckers to have to pay $75 more to remake or a free pillow. SMH shady business. I dare them to use what they sent me as an advertisement -_-This was a tragedy spending that much money on something I could have bought in the store for $60 at most. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The stuffed animal should have been made with longer hair and the right colorlike she was in the pictures sent on the first try. I was never offered free alterations, what liars. This should not be a surprise at all, so say something new.
I was told I would be charged $75 additionally to fix the issues now it's seems what's been said last is that remake/alterations would be for free. The yorkie had longer hair in picture so I expected that in the stuffed animal. If needed to be charged extra for having longer haired pet that should be expressed in some kind of way before purchase. I just want a refund at this point after all the trouble I was put through with this situation.

My sister lost her beloved poodle, Poochie, 2 weeks ago. It was a devasting loss for both of us. I sent pictures with very specific requests and they went above and beyond, even going as far as finding gemstones for her and adding painted nails when they don't normally have those materials. No one could ever fully capture the spark of life that was Poochie, but Petsies came close. Thank you for helping make this painful time a little easier.

My husband and I was so happy with the look alike of our baby Sumoe it’s so good to go home he is sitting in the same spot to occupy the usual presence. The looks is the same and when we put on his favourite jacket and harness it made me teary sometimes of joy that it looks like he is just there for us still. Thank you Petsie team.

I want to thank you all for the beautiful work that you put into making my plushy of Clementine. I got my box about a week ago, but I didn’t want to open it until I had my best friend with me. I love her! She’s absolutely perfect and from some angles, looks exactly like her.  When I walk into the room, I have to take a double take. It’s pretty incredible what you’ve done and I am eternally grateful. . 😢That little monkey was my world and always will be.
Thank you for communicating with me and making changes when I asked for them, for being patient with me and for trying so hard to replicate my little girl. I know it will never be her, but she’s with me in spirit and in all of the things that remind me of her constantly. Now I can squeeze her and talk to her and not look like a complete and total crazy person! Libby you are simply incredible!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I ordered a custom Petsie that was over $200, only to wait over a month to receive it and have it look nothing like my best friend who passed away. What’s even more heartbreaking, not getting that money back. With a return policy asking an additional $75 to remake. I feel like my grief was taken advantage of.

Petsies did a great job with my clone stuffed animal. Its so close and looks just like him. He is a very unique looking dog being a Golden Retriever and Siberian Husky mix. They were communicative through the entire process, letting me know updates the entire way. I will definitely use them again for my other dog one day. Nothing will ever touch the pain that I have gone through losing my baby boy, but having a version of him I can have forever is heartwarming. I still talk to it like I did to him everyday

It looks so much like my dog that had passed that my other dog is now obsessed with it. I got it in 8 week and I loved that they sent me emails updating me about what was happening with my order.

We love our Petsies replica of Lily our Golden Retriever. The quality, communication and attention to detail is incredible. I did pay the extra for updates etc which is a good idea. Highly recommend Petsies

I ordered Little Foot for my sister. Although I never experience Little Foot with my own eyes and touch, my sister just love her !!!

I've had 2 of them made. They are both very well made. I did pay the extra for the sneak peeks along the way because I like to see the progress and make changes. They are worth the money to me and I have my 2 pugs on display in the living room and love looking at them.

I got my Petsies back in January of 2024 and have been holding onto till just now to give to my sister for her birthday she absolutely loved it and started to cry when she got it because it looked so much like her pup his old harness even fit it perfectly size, shape and details were just amazing absolutely love it such a lovely way to keep a memory of such a loved pet just wish i could add a picture to show you how amazing it looks

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Instead of a nice-to-touch stuffed animal, I got a shapeless, poorly sewn toy that only resembles my friend in color.
Terrible material, the cheapest accessories on the market and lack of skills!!!
I have the impression that they write the good reviews themselves, because my disappointment is HUGE!!!
Don't be fooled and avoid this site!!!!

Amazing design, build, attention to detail and customer service. Our 13 year old black lab passed away on February 19, 2024 and we are distraught at his passing. As he lay next to me slipping away, I needed to find some tribute to him for all the joy, laughter, and comfort he gave us. I am blessed to have found Petsies. After he passed, I chose the largest Petsie with all of the options offered, including the ability to see his development and make changes, if needed. The initial design was very good, but I wanted changes to make him perfect in my eyes. The customer service and design teams worked closely with me until there sat “Major” in front of me again. I’m 74, and I remember the days of great customer service and intense attention to details. It’s hard to find today, but the Petsies crew exceeded my expectations.

I received my stuffed cat the other day and I was so pleased with her she really looks like my cat. I would recommend that if you lost a animal you should get a stuffed animal it will give you happiness cause it almost makes you feel she is there with you.

Petsies created a near perfect replica of my kitty Tabby who sadly passed away in January after 14 years of love. Having my petsie makes me feel like I have a part of her still with me. The price may leave some skeptical but I promise it is a great decision! The turnaround time was very quick as well! Around 2 months!

I lost my 13 year old fur baby last October. Out of desperation, grief and sadness I was looking for ways to hold onto my fur baby a bit longer when I stumbled upon a Petsie ad. I was amazed by all of the great results. Hence why I spent $300+ on a stuffed animal that was supposed to look like my dog. The petsie I received was so far from what I expected. The people who worked on it must have been blind for sure. The animal I received compared to all of the pictures I sent in was a drastic difference, like night and day. I reached out to them and they asked I pay an additional $75 to have it fixed, when it should have been right to begin with. My dog resembled a mini golden retriever, it was actually a quite simple request in my opinion. I’ve found stuffed animals at the dollar store that resembled him more than this almost $400 garbage I received. I’m not going to give this company not a single cent more! I had to put the purchase on my credit card because I had already just spent $1k+ on having my fur baby put to sleep. To this day I’m still paying this garbage off. I wish I could upload pictures of what I was sent vs the pics I sent in. Don’t waste your time or money on this.

I lost Milo, my 13 year old Peke last November. I miss him greatly. He was a very sweet dog who gave me much joy. I saw the Petsies site and sent the pictures. When I received my Milo Petsie I was amazed. It looks just like him and seems to capture his personality. It comforts me to have this. It helps me think
about good times with him daily. Thank you for the work you do.
