I have always been happy with the help…

I have always been happy with the help I have received from My Phone
Support. I cannot think of a time when they didn't help me and leave me satisfied with their service. They are always courteous and friendly and have always fixed whatever problem I was having with my computer.

Very good work

Very good work. I o appreciate your help. Sam was helping me, and he was extremely knowledgeable about the computers. I am very happy that I got 2-year extension of the plan again, it is very worthy, and I am recommending this company to everyone.

JOYCE HELPED ME REDUCE THE COST OF SUPPORT, WHICH IS ALWAYS GOOD NEWS AND SHE THEN TRANSFERRED ME TO THE TECHNICIAN, SAM, WHO GUIDED ME THROUGH CHANGING MY EMAIL PASSWORD. BOTH WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. THANKS TO THEM, I'LL CONTINUE MICROSOFT SUPPORT.

Understood the problem right away

Understood the problem right away. moved me to Tech support right away. Call was dropped but I got a call back right away. Lots of effort to get past the virus infecting my lap top so tech could take remote control remove the 2 virus and fix the other problems. It took about 45 minutes to do a full diagnostic and clean-up all other issues and upgrade my security. All my questions were answered and my lap top is operating for the past 2 weeks with no issues. I think that Ms. Fortune did a wonderful job, and was friendly and helpful in everyway possible. Thanks again for the excellent help!

All the people I dealt with Especially…

All the people I dealt with Especially Sam, did a superb job and solved problems that have plagued me for a few years. I renewed my subscription and into to from now on.
