Excellent service and a good quality product

missed the point of my image.

i ordered a glass with a picture and my main issue is how i sent them a transparent png cutout image of a mans face and when the glass arrived they made it a solid png with no transparency.
so that cutout of a mans face had a white square around it instead of being see though... it kinda ruined the experience..

like if there was a warning there was going to be a white square around the mans face instead of a cutout i might of tried something different.

The photo book was beautiful. The web site was easy to use from changing sizes to swapping over photos to a different page. The finish of the paper and head cover was also very good.
I only marked a star down because they stretched the book cover photo so the beautiful blue bird which showed on my plan and should of been in the front cover, was significant to the recipient Was lost completely.

The choice of sizes for your photos is fantastic, I ordered black and white as that is my favourite and the quality and clarity is fab. Thank you 😊

Few moths ago I order book it never arrived after contacting them, they send my photo book and I fell in love. Even through hiccup they were able to fix it. Since then I ordered another two books and always spot on with prompt delivery. I am now their loyal customer!

I love MyPhotobook and I have many albums made now. Their website and instructions on how to complete the albums are easy to follow, there are many different albums, covers and sizes to choose from and the team are very helpful indeed. If there is a problem, they will response quickly and try to support in any possible way. I have around 7 photo albums now and am looking forward to making many more. Thank you

Having experimented with many of the photo book manufacturers, some of whom are appalling - butchering good images and trying to blame the customer for their errors - I was pleased with the outcome form Myphotobook. I will submit another order soon, and hope that the rating goes to five stars from a credible four.

Always really impressed with the results from myphotobook. The editing software is fun and easy to use: there are lots of templates or the functionality to create your own and line photographs up perfectly. Photobooks are high quality and beautifully printed with bright and faithful colours - I would highly recommend the glossy finish. There are also lots of font options for text. They take a few days to print, but arrive pretty quickly and are packaged well. Having already created 12 photobooks over the course of a decade, I enjoy looking through them regularly and will definitely be making more. They are designed to last and are a great way to keep and display memories. Customer services have always been very helpful too; the few issues I have had are sorted quickly and professionally. There is also a money back guarantee if there are any issues, or if you are not completely happy with photobook. Of the company's other products I have also had a tin, which was nicely printed. My only issue would be that when the software is updated old projects are no longer accessible, so it would be difficult to get reprints if needed.

I love using Myphotobook software as I'm able to design my album just as I want it. The print quality was outstanding this time and didn't take too long.

So I typed in inches for a specific size photo and the search landed me here, I checked the price which said the size and I bought it. When it arrived it came in centimetres not inches so I contacted the company who were simply useless and unhelpful. I contacted PayPal to open a dispute to look into how the advertise - PayPal opened dispute and withheld the funds. This company sent me many emails demanding the money and stating they were adding £3 to my order and I had to pay! I told them I would leave it to PayPal to sort and they continued emailing me to pay £3 over what I should have paid stating it’s their handling fee, they refused to show me in their terms where this was.

I ordered a photobook for Christmas and it arrived within days. Designing the book itself was very straight forward and I found it very easy to follow. With regards to the book itself I was doubtful when buying but was blown away by the quality. All pictures were high focused and glossy, even those that were A4 in size. I would definitely recommend and will be using again in the future.

I keep coming back but I'm not sure why. The app is super clunky, sometimes the promo codes don't work, it takes ages, it's not very intuitive or clever, and tbh I wasn't blown away by the printing quality of the last book. But they communicate well and it's well packaged, looks nice and glossy and I don't know if the competitors are much better. Safe and steady I suppose.

Amazing service, all the tools to design my photobook was available, delivered earlier than date mentioned and over all great quality book. Comes very secured clean packaging.

Really pleased with the quality of my recent photo books from Myphotobook. I wanted a high-quality matt finish on the images and the software was intuitive and straightforward to use. Will definitely be using the company again.
