Following recent death of my mother I decided it was more personal to prepare order of service etc with my sister's than entrust to a third party. We would have had to supply photos and information required and approve draft so in the long run was probably quicker to do ourselves. Software was intuitive to use and I liked the ability to save progress and go back later to finish before placing order (other sites seem to want payment before you can create item). Placed order at weekend and receive email on the Mon (13th) to say order despatched via courier for delivery next day. This was only area of stress, obviously funeral couldn't be rearranged so I was naturally concerned when item wasn't delivered, particularly when I found courier used was FedEx who based on Trustpilot reviews have over 90% Bad ratings. Thankfully printing arrived today in time for funeral service on Friday and we are very happy with the quality. Once funeral is over and we sort through photos of our late mum we will use myphotographics to have a photo book printed, BUT will use Royal Mail for delivery.

Excellent site, easy to add and change my order of service. You had lots of chances to review and change your pages loads of template choices with the ability to save at every point. The quality when they arrived was brilliant, sturdy, good quality card, colours vibrant and clear cut letters. Package arrived within 3 days and was packaged well with bubble wrap. Great company will definitely use again.

Fabulous fast service. I created my book and rang to ask which postal service would be most appropriate and they advised - it was with me within 48 hours of me clicking submit.
I found the 'creating' part relatively easy but I am used to computers and have made them before. It could be overwhelming for someone who is new to this type of project but that's because there are so many options, which is a good thing. One thing I found - once I'd saved the project and returned to it later, there were some missing photos so I needed to upload them again. Not sure if that's just a glitch but I'm glad I noticed before actually committing to the order.
Anyway, thank you very much, I would recommend & use again :)

Ray was really helpful and ensured the photo book arrived super swiftly (next day). The other companies may be cheaper but the books take longer to arrive and with some companies you can’t chat to them over the phone.

Excellent service, our order of service for my dads funeral was exactly what i was looking for and it was delivered earlier than expected. Thank you will definitely use again but hopefully for something less upsetting.

Excellent Service. Within minutes of placing my order I had confirmation of my order via email, and emails once dispatched, tracking information ect and they arrived the following morning.
