Terrible quality products. I purchased one of their photo cubes and within just a couple of weeks the pictures started to fade.

I contacted them to complain and also sent them photos and they would not refund my purchase. They said there's a 90 day warranty and my product was older than that so they could only offer me a 10% discount code.

I wish I'd seen other reviews before purchasing. Steer well clear. Cheap quality products with no real interest in fixing it if you complain.

Do not use . They are con merchants. I paid more to get it delivered in 5-7 working days . 12 days later still not here . Also just seen there reviews . It’s shocking . Fed up of sending emails to them now . Make sure you pay with PayPal to get your money back but even better please please please don’t buy from this company . I’m in uk and had the worst experience I’ve ever had . Useless useless useless

The photo keyring looks superb, but is unfortunately poorly made. The photo part detached after a few weeks, leaving me with just a keyring

10 working days they said 🤣🤣🤣 it's been 5 weeks.. Don't go with this company. They ignore your emails. My tracking number for the item has been delayed for a month.. Honestly useless. You'd have more chance finding Wilson on cast away than finding my item.

Received a faulty and very poorly made personalised photo keyring. There wasn't just one issue, there were 3 issues with it. After sending photo evidence of the issues and multiple emails back and forth they refused to offer me a full refund for the product. They even tried to say it looked the same as their website images bearing in mind it has chunks cut out if the protective brush which is supposed to protect the film, the film hasn't been cut properly leaving a overhang along the bottom and the last picture is half a blacked out picture. It was supposed to be an anniversary gift but the condition it's in I cannot give this to the recipient. The item should never of been dispatched in this condition.
Poor customer service team who refuse to pass me on to a manager.

Not good. Says UK but its actually China!! Ordered on 4th December for Xmas presents to send to family. Says between 5 and 10 business days Its now December 22nd and only reached Stansted yesterday. Won't have time to post to family before xmas now. Very disappointed. Have yet to see the quality of the items but if delivery is anything to go by.....I won't be expecting much!!

They are a terrible company, never received my items and it was not cheap! Even though I paid for VIP service they stillsaid I had to spent money on delivery insurance.

Fantastic value for money, keyring arrived in a lovely box, photo inside keyring was clear. Ordered 6 and each one was the same. Delivered in good time.
