This is a review for an Amazon purchase from PoshPets. Sold a refurbished product, unsealed, refused to cooperate for a return prepaid label. Dear seller, whatever you say as an excuse, a fact is a fact and 100 words of excuse(exoneration not apologies) doesn't repair a mistake. I can resell it as refurbished and get my money back but you will get constantly less clients because of bad(but honest) surveys.
