The process for getting the proxy was quick. I had some errors but it was user error done on my side. I created the tickets and support was quick to respond. Website is very easy to navigate through.
We were able to connect MPP proxies in Browser Hero easily.

Good service. I appreciated when I let them know I was having trouble with a proxy they came back with should they replace one or all of the group. I did not appreciate further on when they said they were all working on their end. They should have checked that first before offering to replace.

Your review is both inaccurate and misleading. Before using terms like "scam," it’s worth understanding what that actually means.
To clarify: on our private proxy plans, we provide a mix of Datacenter and ISP Residential IPs — and we’ve never advertised a guaranteed ratio between the two. In your case, the IP you complained about was, in fact, an ISP Residential IP, announced by a tier-1 provider.
Also, we don't promise that any proxy will return a specific result on any of the 15,000+ lookup tools out there — nor do we claim to deliver proxies with a certain fraud or quality score. Those scores have very little to do with actual performance or success rate in real-world use cases.
You didn’t provide the name of the lookup site or explain how its result impacts your use case, but even so, we went ahead and replaced the proxy for you.
And how did you show appreciation for that? By sending us a response full of insults and threats — which was completely baseless and unnecessary. That kind of behavior reflects a lack of maturity in understanding what’s actually happening.
As a result, we’ve terminated your service. We’re here to support serious users who know what they need — not to entertain aggression or entitlement.

MPP is a scam company. On misserable 1% conversion rate they refused to pay $58. Company is reported to FBI and all other relative instituitions!
