After discovering I had accidentally deleted all the photos from my camera's SD card, I was desperate and tried several data recovery apps. Unfortunately, they all failed—except for the one from Aomei. With their app, I could at least see all the photos after the scan.

However, I couldn't download the photos after purchasing the service. So the company refunded the charge.

Clinging to my last hope, I visited the company in person from New Zealand to Chengdu, China.

They did not disappoint me. The staff successfully recovered all the photos. One kind employee even purchased a flash drive to transfer the data for me, and I only paid for it when I returned to pick up the drive and the SD card.

Having all my important photos restored, I cannot thank Aomei enough—not only for their advanced technology, but more importantly, for their customer-first attitude.

I would highly recommend Aomei and their services to anyone who finds themselves in a similar desperate situation.

I needed the program I purchased moved to a better faster machine, and I was quickly helped in doing that. And she checked in to make sure everything went well afterwards. I definitely recommend this company. Helped me recover so many lost photo's.
