The products we've ordered are very high quality. My customers love them. I appreciate the excellent service and regular follow up calls to place additional orders. I really appreciate the good pricing. I can't afford much for this type of advertising, but these products have built such good will with my customers over the years, I find they're worth it. I give them out as free gifts to everyone who comes into my office.

Major Issues / Red Flags
Order placed on 3.30.2026 for pens. I included the logo in the attached. I did receive a phone call confirming my order with a sales rep, I can remember her name. Few days had passed; I had tried calling and emailing the service department for a status update on various dates as I had placed a completed by date of 4.15.2026 on the website. I was notified on 4.23.2026 that there may be an issue with the logo submitted and an email confirming was received. When I responded back, I got no response. Then I received a separate email that the pens were out of stock. So not only are the pens late, there are logo issues, and the pens are out of stock, but now I have to try and reach out again to figure out what's going on with my order. I called the 1800 number and was given the contact information for my sales rep. She is a wonderful lady but insisted the logo was too intricate. I have ordered pens from other websites, same logo. No issues. I was only trying to find a better quality of pen due to the work environment that we are in. She also sent an email with different pen options, all below the pens price I had ordered. No instruction if I was going to receive a credit on the difference. I just wish that this company was a little more on the ball with getting in touch of customers and not making the customer wonder if they will even receive their order. Very frustrating.

Your process needs improvement
I reordered a previous order. Got a new quote. No link on the quote to approve so approved by email. Days passed. Received another quote with no link for approval. Sent another approval email. Sales rep then asked for a third approval email but moments later received an order care email with links to review and approve. Obviously you have not worked the bugs out of your new process.
