It's the first time we have used "My Sliding Wardrobes" but they were recommended by a friend.
We have moved home in the last 6 months and have used many different companies for various items of furniture and fittings. We have suffered from lots of problems with late deliveries, damaged goods, lies and very poor service.
So i can express my sheer joy with using MSW.
Pre-order questions were answered almost within the hour. Ordering trouble free with lots of choice. Delivery timetable was confirmed and kept to with updates. Friendly delivery man and most of all a complete order.
The quality of the materials are excellent. I gave the finished opening sizes to MSW and they calculated everything to fit.
I am not a professional, in fact an OAP, but my wife and I fitted 2 complete sets of wardrobes within the day.
We would recommend them without question and thank them for a very professional, friendly and trouble free experience.

I am really pleased with my Wardrobe doors😃 The online ordering was very good and I liked that we could see how they would look like before ordering. I think they were a great price we ordered 3 doors. Communication re delivery was excellent and delivery was great lovely man brought them into my house no problem. I am super happy with the way the doors look, ordering on line was easy, good how you can visually see how the doors will look before purchase, the quality is great and the soft close mechanism amazing. When we were installing the doors I thought the panels were different colours and I must have selected the wrong ones when ordering, I phoned My Sliding Wardrobe who were really helpful and polite on the phone, we then realised it was the way the light was coming through the window that was causing it to look like a different colour, I phoned back and let them know it was mistake, again really friendly on the phone.

I will definitely buy again from this company 😃.

Ordered on line with fingers crossed that all would work out....and it did! Perfectly!
Great communication from order to delivery. Delivered when they said it would and packed well. Straight forward to install even for a novice and after a month of use have no problems at all.
And the price... spot on!

Very helpfull on the phone when I had questions before I ordered. I am not a professional so was worried about installing it myself. But was easy amd the instructions was very clear. My wife loves the wardrobes.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received, from Aaron who answered all of my many queries promptly with so much patience and knowledge, to the delivery driver, to Zandy who fitted two large wardrobes on his own in one day with no fuss and cleaned up after himself. Everyone was so friendly and easy to deal with.

I got quotes from a few different companies and My Sliding Wardrobe were easily the cheapest but the quality was extremely high. My wardrobes are beautiful! I've had so many compliments and a couple of friends are now planning to use the company as well.

Really pleased with the service I received from "My Sliding Wardrobes" and the quality of the goods supplied. The doors were easy to fit and look fantastic in situ. Clear delivery dates were identified and complied with. I would highly recommend this company to others who are considering replacing their wardrobe doors.

The tool on the website that you use for ordering the kit is very comprehensive. This was the second bedroom I’d fitted MSW doors in. The doors are easy to fit. You need to ensure the opening is exactly as specified in order to receive the new doors, although there is some tolerance for a small margin of error. Instructions are available online, so the installation was fairly straightforward. I am very pleased with the finished build.

Very pleasant experience all round...easy to order online, just give the opening sizes. Decent price. I had to trust on the quality and delivery, and was pleased on both counts. Product arrived on time, complete and undamaged. Assembly went together very easily and the quality was excellent, much better than other suppliers I have used in the past. Great communications too. I am very happy with the service provided from start to finish. The contact chat on WhatsApp was always answered quickly with very clear instructions on what I needed to provide to ensure a smooth installation.

I also had last minute alterations which were handled very efficiently and the staff could not have been more helpful.

The fitter was also excellent, prompt, polite and tidy. Paying attention to detail.

Aaron was amazing from start to finish, I sent him photos and a rough sketch of what I was looking for and he did all the calculations for the lengths of shelving I required along with technical advice on how to install. The doors were so easy to design with the online tool as well. My husband fitted them without any real issues even though we live in an old house where the walls and floors are uneven in places.Would definitely recommend, absolutely thrilled with them

I have used My Sliding Wardrobe now on 3 occasions and I have been impressed each time. Communication with the order, delivery and installation guidelines were excellent. The delivery drivers were very helpful and friendly.
Overall a great product with great service at a reasonable price.
