I attempted to purchase an item on this site and it would not allow me to. I then attempted to write a message to support and despite me writing it in English with no special characters it will not accept my communication. If you don't want to talk to customers then just don't put a fillable form and only tell people after they've written something that you don't accept communication in common English.
Have ordered from the site many times. Legitimate operation. Fast shipping (albeit expensive but that’s given it is coming from Sweden) and always send exactly what I ordered.
Took my money, never sent product, never responded. I've placed probably 10 orders over the past 3 years with no issues, always fast shipping, pretty solid customer service to help me through various payment issues that have happened due to the international processing. But this time they took my money and never shipped the product and after two weeks of emailing every day, trying to email from different email addresses (in case for some reason one was getting flagged as spam or something) - no response, no product, no shipment. Order still shows "processing" on their website. Unfortunately I think I'm going to have to charge back my credit card. I wonder what happened to them?
After so many years of ordering Snus at mysnus.com this was (again) a big failure. Very expensive cost for shipping by UPS - and it didn't work at all. So that's definitely the end of my ordering at mysnus. Don't lose your money and avoid this company!
After 3 attempts at writing to them and no response, I still haven't received my order and its been one month since I purchased. They seem to have no customer service and as far as i can tell, no real products to sell. Avoid buying from them if at all possible
