Time and money waste
At the beginning, they were very good with attending the calls or callbacks until they put the solar modules on the roof, but since then kept postponing the appointments. After I paid 100% of the cost and a long wait of getting an appointment to another 2 month wait, just before 5 days of scheduled appointment, i get an email, due to some internal process, they cannot hold this appointment and new appointment are not provided.
Since then, no reply to my emails, no call backs after i called them several times.
Its just a week less than year since I signed the contract and they have not fulfilled their duties. Beware of them before signing a contract.
