I heard some things about it from an friend and then I tried it.

Great service, contents of the box not always what they advertise on the website.

High quality items ranging from hats, scarfs, t-shirts, jeans, jackets, button-ups etc. I ordered multiple boxes now and was never dissapointed. Definately worth the money.

I was very happy with most of the items i received in my mysterybox. I also thought the price was pretty good for what you get. I liked my T shirt from Levi's and a sweater from Puma the most. Only thing i didnt like were a pair of pants, they were way too big for me. But oh well overall i was very pleased with my box!

I ordered a winter set, and summer things arrived. I ordered size M, but it came mostly size S. things are old and worn, some have holes and trace blood. Very dissatisfied!

Late shipping, little communication with the customer, no order confirmation email when purchasing. When the clothes finally arrived I got random items, no coordination in the clothes and couldn’t even make 2 outfits since they sent 1 pair of jeans. The clothes were the wrong size and even dirty, some pieces as if they hadn’t even been washed. When I told customer support about it there was no apology or any feedback on what I said and the email reply was ‘we will send you a return label’ and that’s all that was in the email, no branding, header or footer or anything like that, really unprofessional. Seems to be a startup where they still have a lot to learn. The concept of this company is a good idea but they really need to work on standards.

It’s been almost three weeks since my return shipment arrived and I still haven’t received a refund. They only sent one mysterybox of the two I ordered and I had to email by myself for explanation. I’m not happy with the customer service because it takes very long for MysteryFits to reply, or they don’t reply at all. The clothes were all different sizes and didn’t fit at all.

Update: After another couple emails I finally received a refund, though I didn’t receive the free mysterybox they offered for the inconvenience

I ordered the vintage knitware box. I received it fairly quickly but the content is not like the pictures described. I would not describe the style as vintage. It felt like the box was filled with knitware that they didn't know where to put in instead of vintage aesthetic tops. One had a hole in it. I received a replacement free of charge but this was size L when I ordered S. I like the concept but I'm very hesitant to buy here again.

Ordered 2 mystery boxes (one summer and one winter) on sunday, received it friday. The box contained only winter items and some items weren’t even the size I’ve put on the order!
I spent €79,98 on this (excluding the shipping costs) and the contents were by far not worth it!
I’m trying to contact customer service seeing if I can return the box but they’re only available per e-mail and takes unnecessary extra time.
The contents of the box do not contain the “quality” or the products they promise. They even put in 2 pieces of fabric that'd count as ''clothes''. And if you want to return you even have to pay for it!
I understand if you have to pay if it isn’t your taste, that's the ''risk'' of a mystery box. But this is a very different reason!

**Update!**
This morning I've received an answer that they will send me a retour label since there were some mistakes made by them. They also offered me a different box and I was able to communicate my preferences. Unfortunately, I don't want/dare to try again. I'd rather hit the thrift store myself instead of shipping packages back and forward.
Very good customer service! They replied pretty soon, I sent the mail on friday 2:46PM and received an answer at monday 8AM. Having a phone number available would have been a lot quicker though.

Yeah, great box! I always get great quality (I have ordered twice now), the clothing feels and smells clean when it arrives and last box was just awesome.

Recently ordered the vintage box from Myteryfits. Very satisfyed with the product I got from it. Great ratio between price and quality!

First time I ordered I was surprised because of how low the prices are, but it’s just an amazing company that truly cares about sustainability.

lots of good options and the mystery makes it fun to recieve! Out of the items I've received I've used them all. Especially the box I got which contained summer items which was right in time for my holiday

Did not receive my package. Customer service does not respond to my e-mails and chats requesting to contact the delivery service/postNL. This is not a trustworthy company. (edit: company refunded my money)

I received my package quite fast and it contained 6 items. None of them matched (and that is kind of their USP right?)
So 4 of the 6 items came in the wrong size. One of them actually has bloodstains. It is disgusting. I have reached out immediately to mysteryfits in three different ways to return my box and get a refund but haven't received any response at all. Mysteryfits is a very big no. Don't buy anything here.

3 MONTHS LATER: it took weeks before I got a reply on my messages and I actually got an apology too. But the process of sending my box back for a refund was super complicated (on their end) and took soooo much time. I finally received a refund after over 13 (!!) weeks and 14 (!!) emails. And the worst thing is: they didn't even refund the shipping costs. Very disappointed in how my complaint has been dealt with, but seeing the other reviews, I'm glad I got any money back at all..

Been 3 weeks already and have sent multiple emails. Still haven't shipped yet. Customer support keeps saying will ship the next week. But still nothing.

DO NOT BUY! Completely useless company. Doesn't respond, doesn't ship. Been 2 weeks (delivery is supposed to be 2 days). I've sent multiple emails and chats etc., no answer.

Hideous clothing in the package. Customer service replies slow. Delivery and return costs are for buyer. That is not well communicated. They promise you an outfit, instead they sent seperate pieces of clothing that dont match. The company really does send a good message when it comes to sustainability, in my opinion the clothing is just not that great.
If you like clothes that your grandma would wear (not the fashionable grandma), than this is for you. This al sounds really mean, but I cant describe it any other way. Otherwise, not worth the hustle.
