I order quite often and large quantities. Always very, very quick delivery. Customer service is good, much better than most online shops. I’ve emailed them and telephoned them and always very pleasant to deal with. Yes, i’ve had problems, understandable given the amounts I order. But always satisfactorily resolved. Had one small problem recently whereby they were out of stock of one particular product and have the facility to have them contact me when in. Which I did. They did not however do that and I only knew it was back in stock while checking for myself. Other than that very very satisfied.

I purchased coconut and papaya wax melts, reed diffuser, and oil absolutely beautiful came down this morning reed diffuser smell straight away. Would definitely recommend. Easy to order and quick delivery. Amazing will be buying again 😊

I love mystic moments essential oils , super great service and fast delivery, I am a holistic therapist and find the oil’s excellent, I always buy from them , I get through a great deal of oils and trust this brand , my clients love the smell and feel pampered after their treatments

I searched everywhere online for a product. Everyone else had sold out or didnt ship to my country, or did ship but the cost was ridiculously expensive. Finally i tried Mystic Moments and found they have the product, they ship to my country, and the shipping cost was super reasonable. What a lovely surprise! I have yet to receive my product, but the communication has been outstanding so far, and i do not think i will be disappointed once i do.

Fast delivery, good price and delicious scents

I know a few products from Amazon, but I live in Ireland and they do not deliver anymore. So I had a look at the sellers website. The product selection is incredible, the prices are ok. looking forward to trying out more fragrance oils.

Lovely website, purchasing was easy and delivery was quick. The Four Thieves oil is everything I needed and I love the little pendant for placing an oil, it's beautiful.

Unfortunately certain ingredients I can only get from mystic moments (surfactants, vitamins etc) and the big sizes are always sold out. When I contact them they can never tell me when the products will be back in stock. I want to start a business and can't right now because of this it's very frustrating

Fantastic smelling essential oils and very fast delivery

I’m never disappointed with the quality of their products, especially their scents. They have such a wide range and they always smell amazing. Fast shipping and great customer service.

I recently bought an electric scented oil diffuser. After trying lots of different oils, some which smelled awful, didn’t last long and stained my diffuser, I came across Mystic Moments on an online retail platform. I then had a look on their own website and was pleasantly surprised that I was able to buy 10ml bottles to try out different smells, so far Sandalwood is my favourite, I put 10 drops of the oil in my defuser and it lasts all day. I switch it off in the evening and when I get up in the morning it still smells nice in my sitting room. Delivery is fast and I like that I can earn points every time I shop. At the moment I’m trying out lots of different smells and I will order a larger bottle of my favourite which is much cheaper to buy. I’m impressed with the range of fragrance oils available, so far I’ve ordered 19 different fragrances.
