Used the website for a week happily gaining plenty of points then out of the blue the de-activate my account, message below:

They have basically got lots of market research for free then deactivated my account, one big CON. Thanks for wasting hours of my time.

Do not join this company. It's a rip off. Try Inbox pounds or I-Say or Valued Opinions. Before Mysurvey it was known as Lightspeed and those were the good days then when you actually received your rewards but now, I even won £100 when I first joined may years ago, but now it's a con. The customer service team are rude and don't address your issues correctly even though in the header they say `your issue has been resolved'. You're continually kicked out, screened out, not suitable for the survey even after you've spent 10 minutes answering their questions and the amount of technical issues is untrue. I was a loyal customer for 15 years and today I have finally deleted this complete garbage of a site. It's funny how just before I was due to claim my £3 rewards in Paypal vouchers, most of the surveys I've completed in the last few days have not been recognised and therefore not entered to receive my rewards. Total con. Honestly, don't waste your time.

I've been a member of Mysurvey since it first started and I used to get a steady flow of surveys with no problem getting payment. It was better when it wass called Lightspeed but nevertheless

However this is no longer the case. I completed a survey four months ago where there was a technical problem and after 40 minutes it just refused to work! So I complained.

Since then I haven't had one new survey except the 'Mini polls' which don't pay any money.

Like most people who do surveys I only do it for the money. It occasionally provides that extra bit of cash to buy grandkids birthday and xmas presents.

As far as I'm concerened no cash no work! So that's it. Mysurvey is now dumped and spammed as with any other survey company that doesn't want to play fair!

They trick you in to answering surveys (like you've taken the survey anyhow) then they say 'oh we have enough' but you've answered the questions for them!!! Please avoid!!!!!! Go for I-Say (really good) and Valued Opinions

I joined mysurvey and initially enjoyed the experience - I managed to amass over 500 points quite quickly.

After a couple of weeks I mysteriously found I could no longer log into the account. When I enquired as to why, I was told they had "uncovered a problem with my information" and had terminated my membership and voided my points.

I replied asking for clarification as to what the problem was, as I'd been honest in what I'd told them so was sure any issue they'd found would have been easily corrected, but they refused to discuss.

result being - I wasted a lot of time filling in their surveys and they didnt pay. A bit of online research reveals I'm far from the only one to have suffered this fate. upshot is If you're happy to fill in the surveys and take the gamble that chances are you WONT get any renumeration then go ahead, otherwise there are many more reputable and honest survey sites out there.

THEY PASS YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS ON TO LOADS OF COMPANIES TRYING TO GET YOU TO BY OF THEM

I don't know what to make of this company. On several occasions I spent 20 mins on a survey only to be told they had polled enough and it was closed. You are supposed to be able to leave at any time by clicking the email link at the bottom of the page. Believe me I have tried. It's like "The Hotel California" with them. They go straight to SPAM now - you would have thought they wouldn't want me anymore anyway as I haven't done a survey in months. Unfortunately not!!

I have been a member of MySurvey since 1996 and absolutely love it. The surveys are easy to answer and navigate through, I don't recall ever getting an error message, as I do with many of the newer survey sites. Payment requests are honored, I have never once had a problem cashing out. If you are skeptical about this company, don't be, it's one of the original ones that has excellent customer service as well.

Generally reliable. I had no problem receiving voucher payment from them multiple times, and it didn't take too long to get the rewards.

Surveys are sent out frequently, though the downside is that you are not eligible for some of them. Despite filling in profile information, I continue to get surveys that I cannot even start. This is a problem that other survey sites share.
