One of the worst experiences of my life. These people are criminals!
The PC did not work, we had to send in 3 different graphics cards back because they had no clue on how to fix simple PC Issues. Please avoid this company and go to a store where you can walk back in if the item does not work.

Fast, efficient, friendly support.

Fast, knowledgeable, friendly support and advice for those worrying computer problems. Tyrone was very patient and understanding when my e-mails were hacked and then a few days later when I lost my connection to the internet. All very worrying to me but he got it up and running without a fuss. It's a great relief to know he's only a phone call away.

Tyrone fixed my problems! Would def recommend

Tyrone was very friendly and helpful. He explained everything to me in simple terms rather than jargon, which was great.
He took my computer broken and brought it back fixed within a few hours! Great job all round and i was extremely grateful! Very reasonably priced too!
Would definitly recommend and would certainly use again if needed.

They underpromised and over-delivered

They underpromised and over-delivered. These are competent, professional, pleasant guys. They repaired the housing of my laptop in a couple of working days based on the delivery of the part. The price was reasonable and I was given advice on laptop purchases. Very speedy service.

Fixed my MacBook

Literally they are the best! So chuffed to have my MacBook working, thought it was broken forever but no My Tech Geek resuscitated it and fixed it all in a day and was super price to fix it! Can highly recommend this company! Don’t write your IT stuff off without these guys taking a look first!
