Excellent service
They kept us updated well during campaign. I came back and bought another spinner. I wish they had been able to keep colors I had initially requested but where quick to notify me of out if stock items and suggestions for an optional color.

My order from kickstarter
I ordered two sets of hollow metal dice from a kickstarter that also came with a carry case that doubles as a dice tower and they came out looking so good that if I or any of my other players need custom dice I’ll recommend Mythroll Armory

We have posted weekly for the last 5 weeks detailing exactly who is getting their package, who is waiting, and why they're waiting.
Other feedback from backers has included "Thank you for the constant updates!" and "Thank you for all the work you have been doing and keeping us up to date."
Kickstarters sometimes have delays. Some dice Kickstarters take 12 or even 24 months to complete! Our fulfilment is relatively quick. And we've communicated any challenges along the way, responding to comments, emails, and direct messages constantly. My personal email address is published in just about every update so people can have direct communication with me any time they want a personal update.
Again, sorry that your specific reward hasn't shipped yet, but I stand by our efforts in this Kickstarter.

My product never arrived
My product never arrived. I communicated my concern to the company about the slow delivery. They said I would have it by a certain date and nothing. It has been 4 weeks and no product has been delivered.

My husband really liked his shirt and mug I purchased as gifts for him. I placed my order on May 30th and as time went by I realized I wasn’t getting an email that my items had been shipped. When I emailed the company it seemed my items had never been put through to be printed and so they almost didn’t make it in time for Father’s Day. I specifically ordered them almost 3 weeks in advance so that they’d be there in time. If printing and shipping always take that long it would have been helpful if that had been made clear when I ordered. I’m glad the items arrived just in time, but if I had known they were possibly going to miss the day I would have ordered elsewhere.

Great communication and Product
Backed a Kickstarter for their spinners. Throughout there was constant communication about delays and manufacturing issues. Individual emails were sent to people that were affected by those issues to allow for resolution. Just received product today and its great quality.
