I placed the order on June 24. On the website it says that the delivery is made in 8-10 days. Today is July 4, I called them and they answered that the order will arrive in 2 days. I don't understand why it says one thing on the website and in reality it's something else. I explained to them that in 2 days I leave the address where the order must be delivered and they replied that if I'm not at home to pick up the order I'll get the money back. Does anyone think that there is a person who makes an order and does not need that thing?

When I opened the box I notice both earbuds came with scratches as they were used before.. I've sent pictures and my claiming to My trendy Phone through their website,

Trust Pilot deletes positive comments, WHY?
I was visiting a friend in Denmark and lost my phone's charger at the airport so by recommendation of my friend I ordered a new one from Mytrendyphone, also some phone cases with my photos printed on them. I liked how fast it arrived, the quality is good, the prices are affordable.
So I wanted to share that experience, and TP deleted my review. I also gave a bad review to a certain coffee shop and they did not delete that, as if they prefer bad comments...

The pack did not arrive on time they said it was not their fault it was the post service , but they were kind and refunded the post price. But the reason for the 3 stars is this has happened to me before with them.

Fake promise
I had an unpleasant experience with this website. They promised a delivery time of approximately 1-2 days as the phone cover was in stock, but it has now been 8 days since I placed my order. The prompt delivery was the primary reason I chose to purchase from Mytrendyphone. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive the package or any updates regarding its location. I only received an email yesterday informing me of an additional 5-10 days delay. At this point, it might be more practical to order a less expensive alternative from China. Overall, I am disappointed with the experience.

order hasn't been received
I ordered an custom cover on the 21 april and wrote to customer service about my order not coming. They said the image I used didnt really work with the printer, so I sent a new picture. After like a week I still havent received an update on package so I sent a email with wanting to get a refund with no responses.
It has now been 17 days since I originally ordered and still I havent received the package or any updates about the package
