This company seems very much like a scam. I bought what was supposed to be a tablet, but what I received was a tablet COVER. I then asked for return, and filled the form on their website and got the RMA and address to send the item back. I paid 60kr to send it back and after 2 weeks I ask them and they wouldn't recognise the RMA and their support told me that the adress is wrong and old !! I mean how is any of this my problem. Good that I kept a printscrenn of this , as they didn't even send an email to confirm the RMA. You should avoid at any cost , if you do not want to run into problems

I placed this a couple weeks back and paid (a quite high) delivery fee. To date I have not received anything, I sent an email to the cust care, and not heard anything for a few days. I have sent them another email a couple days ago to ask for an update or refund, I doubt I'll hear back from them- there IS no other way to contact them.... I'd stay clear of this site, although it looks like a UK based site, it is based somewhere in Europe (Denmark?) .... THIS SEEMS LIKE SCAM SITE?

I made an order two weeks before I had…
I made an order two weeks before I had to give it as a gift. I chose mytrendyphone because they advertise with quick delivery. Their website even says “order before 10pm and receive the order after two days” After a week they still hadn’t updated me on shipping or anything. When I contacted them, they apparently were out of stock - a pretty important information to withhold. Their customer service was really poor and all the could do was say “I’m sorry”. No compensation or empathy with their mistake. I wouldn’t choose them again.

the backpack I ordered doesn't look at all as robust as in the photos. I received a tiny backpack made from poor quality materials which does not match the expectations. On top of that I paid for express home shipment with Burd and it took it 6 days to deliver. My trendy phone never again for sure.
