Nope never again
MTP sent my wife who bought 2 different covers for her and my Phone. We received after a while the covers but 1 was preused and scratched all up, it looked horrible.
And the other one was not the correct one we ordered.
It took us 5 weeks to finally having MTP do something. We had to return the items, which we did. But then again it took them another 3 weeks to decide to give us our money back. I will never recommend MTP again.

After reviewing your order, we can see that you purchased a Panzer glass for the Sony Xperia 1 VII, which unfortunately does not fit the Xperia 1 VI. Although the phones have very similar dimensions, this does not mean the glass is compatible with the other model.
If the glass has not yet been installed, please let us know so we can send you the procedure for filing a complaint. Unfortunately, the issue is due to purchasing a product for the wrong model and not an error on our side.

Misleading Delivery Promise and No Customer Service Response
I purchased this product because the website clearly stated it would arrive directly to me within 2 days — even showing Saturday as the delivery day. This was crucial, as I needed it for Sunday for a family gathering where the gift would be used.
Unfortunately, the item did not arrive as promised by the website where it was clearly stated that delivery would be on Saturday. I contacted kundeservice for help and received no reply — the only communication I got afterwards was an invitation to write this Trustpilot review. The shipment, which should have been sent on Friday, was only confirmed as sent on Monday — far too late to be of any use.
When a company uses fast delivery as a selling point, it should deliver on that promise and respond to customers when problems arise. This was neither reliable nor professional. Very disappointing experience.
Update: I think you should reconsider your logistics partner or change your delivery on website as having current solution is misleading - no matter if you thought 2 working days. If it says delivery on Saturday - delivery should occur on Saturday and not on the next available logistical day. That is just bad business. For the same reason I requested a full refund on Sunday as item beyond that day was useless to me. Birthday of a 3yo has already passed already.
Instead I recieved gaslighting and no reply on my repeated request.
Product has not been picked up, please refund me in full
