On apprécie en particulier les possibilités de mise en page, le nombre de photos possible. Format plus agile les concurrents… mais plus cher !

This service is quite good overall, no big blunders so far, the magazine was reliably delivered every month and the print quality is correct. It is also a very good gift to aging people who sometimes feel like they are out of touch with more active members of the family, everyone can write them a word and share photos, it was most welcomed by the recipients.

Points that could be improved upon:
- The APP: the app, whether on mobile or web, could use some improvements. Sometimes, the text you wrote will be erased without your input, loading the photos is a complicated process on mobile, and because the layouts are pre-defined, it's sometimes hard to find a suitable setup.
- Delivery: although the delivery never failed so far, it's not regular in the sense that recipients will receive the magazine at random times of the month, sometimes middle, sometimes end of the month, they can't reliably know when it's gonna arrive.
- Promotions: we once had a promo where they sent twice the same magazine to our recipients, so they could share their magazine with someone. In my opinion, this was a waste, it was not shared with anybody so they wasted their money printing and sending it twice, and ecologically not good either, they would have spared a lot if they had asked prior who wanted a free copy to share. Other forms of advertising/benefits would be appreciated.

Overall, I would recommend this product, they are still quite young and I am confident they will find solutions to the few issues mentioned above.
