Non-delivery and non-communication, suspicious

Like the reviewer below, I am suspicious of this company. I placed an order on the website with payment taken from my card on 23rd August. I also created an account so that I could check the status of the order. The link for this company was provided directly by the school for purchasing uniform. Fast forward 20th September with non-delivery of items and unable to log in to see the status of the order as my browser blocks the page because of containing a "malicious attack attempt". I have emailed the address on the website asking for the order to be cancelled and refund of payment and will be calling them so will see what happens but alarm bells are ringing!

I would give them zero star if it was…

I would give them zero star if it was available. I have ordered uniform from them as they were linked on my daighter's school website. No news after the order, I have tried their phone number and no answer. I have tried emailing them and got automated message that there is no such email addess. I have contacted through their website, but no response. I have decided to visit their shop in Luton to see whether they are a genuine seller or a fruadulent company.
