Put me in a subscription plan without…

Put me in a subscription plan without my authorisation and charged my credit card. Now I am away from the country and unable to return within the 14 days.

I am very sorry to hear that you received a box from us which your weren’t expecting.

Our free box offer is an introductory offer for new customers to try our monthly subscription service. The fact that it is an ongoing “Subscribe & Save” service and that you will be automatically charged in future months unless you cancel is highlighted quite a few different times throughout the order confirmation process. This includes customers being required to actively click the “Subscribe & Save” option before confirming the purchase. However I’m sorry that you obviously didn’t realise this on this occasion.

Please can you email us at help@myvapebox.co.uk and we can discuss further how we can arrange for your unwanted box to be returned and refunded.

I hope that helps and we're sorry again for any frustration caused.

Have a lovely overseas trip in the meantime.

Order the trial box for £2.50 it never…

Order the trial box for £2.50 it never came , tried to cancel future subscriptions through there website and could not see the option under my account (followed the step by instructions in there FAQ) e-mailed customer service and explained I am looking to cancel as never revived the trial box , they responded very quickly to say they could not cancel at there end I had to do it !!! E-mailed them back to say the am unable to do this , they then responded back saying subscription cancelled???
not any of the e-mail did they apologise why I never got the free trial box , so makes me think it’s just a scam to get £2.50 out of people , would not recommend , website not very user friendly and cust service give different info out depending on who you get .

Finally, I'd just like to add that we do work very hard as a team to provide as much help and support to our customers as we can - clearly we got it wrong on this occasion - however your suggestion that our website and service is a scam is very, very disappointing to us. We have hundreds of very, very happy e-liquid customers and I'm just sorry that you weren't one on this occasion.

I've investigated your order and I can see that it was cancelled at your request. This is the reason why it was cancelled and a full refund was provided.

A cancellation confirmation email was sent to the email address which you used to place the order and this email included an explanation of why the order was cancelled.

Very impressed with the top quality 'V' liquids robust and lovely flavours. In a market place flooded with fakes you're guaranteed genuine products from My Vape Box so don't risk burning your face off. All matched with a bend over backwards service and personal touch topped off with super fast delivery. I couldn't find fault at any stage of my transaction, I did make a booboo when ordering, Chloe fixed it with a laugh & smile. I was so impressed I'm now a full time subscriber and wouldn't consider anyone else.
Highly recommended.

Putting Santa's deliverance to shame

From ordering to receiving it was very pleasant and the post would put Santa to shame it came the very next day was amazed. The vape fluid itself smells lush and is a dream to puff absolutely awesome 100% brilliant
