My first order came but took several months. So when I didn't get my second order (a long-sleeve t-shirt) I figured it was just going to take a while. But it never came, and now I'm out the money and can't figure out if I have any recourse at all.

I just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because this company is a fraudulent company. I ordered a pair of shoes in Nov 2019. I let them know through their web page I needed a larger pair. I received an email saying to mail them to an address, which I did. That was the last contact I had with them, after repeated attempts. Two of the 3 email addresses I had for them are now disconnected. There is no phone number available. The company seems to be shut down, yet their web page is still up, still receiving money from people. Every complain on here is the same - no product received, or no money received for a return. Please people, file a complaint with the BBB! This site is a scam.

If I could give zero freaking stars, I would. Don’t waste your time or money. I ordered what I was hoping would be an adorable pair of winter boots on 12/2/19. After sending three emails asking for an update, I have yet to receive a reply. Now, when I click the “track your order” button from the original email I received, it goes to “page not found”. This site is a COMPLETE scam. I will be disputing the charge through my bank.

Terrible customer service. They actually blocked my email because I wrote so often about the toxic smell in my boots. I bought 4 pair, they all came but two smell terrible and I can't return them.
If I was assured it would go away I wouldn't be so upset but with absolutely no reply to my emails, I can't recommend buying from them.
The smell is still there, 2 months later, BTW.

First delivery of shoes went well, although I had to wait for more than a month.

Next delivery of shoes proved to be at least two sizes to small.
No reactions at my complaints.

So I will not buy there again.

I got my boots which were too small. I sent them back for a bigger size - then NO communication. It was hard enough getting that first communication. So I'm out $45 and super angry.

Fraudulent company - never received the boots that I ordered back in November. When I go to track my order - it says the order doesn't even exist and I can't get a response from them. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM

I gave this store 2 stars because I finally got the boots that I ordered in late November (but before Thanksgiving). The boots fit nicely and they look ok, although they do not feel like they will be warm or look like they'll last more than 2 winters, which is ok based on the price. I'm pretty happy with the boots.

The problem I had with this company is the poor customer service. There was no indication that the merchandise was coming from China, so it took a long time to get through customs. The delivery was made while I was on vacation, so there was a chance that I would never see them because someone took them from in front of my door (or alternatively, the post office sent them back because I didn't pick them up on time). In an era of 2-day delivery, 5+ weeks for delivery is absurd for something like shoes. The response to emails was non-existant and facebook messages were slow. They said they were a small, growing business. I have a small business too, and I make sure I answer customers quickly because that is a reflection of my business. They told me my order was shipped out, but it looks like that took a week to update. When I wrote to complain again, they said my order was at customs but their own shipping tracker showed that it arrived at customs nearly 2 weeks later.

This company needs more transparency about the length of time shipping will take. They also need to improve their customer service. I will never shop there again and you've made small businesses that sell on Facebook look terrible.

I ordered a pair of boots that were too small and I reached out a dozen times to exchange for another size and no one responded.... do not order from them!!

I ordered my boots on 11/29/19 and have not received them. I emailed customer service repeatedly but no response. The tracking info says, "Waiting for tracking events from China Post." Unfortunately I only looked up the company after I started feeling scammed and that's when I found these reviews. BUYER BEWARE.

Same as all other reviews. Ordered boots on 12/10. Item never shipped and no response from them to email. Can’t find a number to contact them. Had no problem taking my $ though...

There is no way to reach these people. I ordered boots on 12/2 and have tried repeatedly to track my order. They do not respond to emails and there is no phone number to contact them.

Do not order from this company! I ordered a pair of boots on Dec 7 and I have no idea where it is right now. Contacted the company via email and Facebook chat multiple times and finally got some vague answers. Do not waste your money and time. This company needs to be shut down for fraud.

I would leave zero stars if I could!!! Ordered boots over a month and a half ago have reached out to their "customer service" in more than 5+ emails and have heard nothing back. Don't listen to the fake reviews on their page, I tried to leave a real one and it never showed up. Disputing the charges since I never received a product, we'll see if it goes anywhere. I reported them to the federal trade commission, and you should too. F*** these scammers, hopefully it's not a phish.

I ordered a pair of boots from this website (thanks Instagram ads) and received a tracking number from China that never worked. When I e-mailed myveganshop, they told me the order was transferred to USPS and they would refund me if the order didn't arrive within 30 days. It didn't arrive within 30 days, so I reached out for a the refund and they did not reply for several days. Eventually, they did reply saying they would send a refund but did not actually do it. I disputed the charge through my credit card company.
The boots *finally* arrived and they are awful- narrow, uncomfortable and the bright color is achieved by what looks like spray paint. I don't believe the 5 star reviews on the website are real.
I strongly recommend avoiding this shop!

Wow. Ordered 3 pairs and based on the reviews all over the internet, I'm lucky I got one. The tracking shows they were all delivered - but not. Will be disputing as they haven't responded to 5 inquiries through their online form and customer service and email. They'd have made more money off me through time if they'd been decent but apparently they aren't. Hell, they advertise on Facebook but don't even have a FB page...tells ya something, don't it?

Ordered boots and tried to cancel after no word from sender in 2 weeks. They inquired "why" I wanted to cancel them, then two weeks later told me that the boots were in transit anyway. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ORDER. This company is a scam and should be reported. DO NOT BUY.

I am still waiting for the boots I ordered nearly 20 days ago and when I try and track my order I cannot get any information apart from the date of the purchase...I have tried to contact them but no answer. I hope that people read these reviews before they make an order. Unfortunately I read them only now...Don't waste your money here!

Don’t order from these folks- it’s a scam. I ordered two pairs of boots. I received a shipping notice quickly but have not received boots after a month. I’ll be disputing through PayPal.
