Appalling customer service
Purchased 2 items from the website... One was cancelled as out of stock... I paid for next day delivery for the other which was never posted. Tried to cancel for a refund, 3 emails later no reply. Have opened a dispute with PayPal who will resolve and refund, but customer service appalling. Funnily enough, as soon as I opened a dispute I received a reply saying that if I closed the dispute I would receive a refund. I politely declined and advised that once they refunded me the dispute would close automatically. No reply or refund. Fortunately after relaying all of this information to PayPal they refunded me in full. Avoid this company, they are deceitful.
Lied about free returns
The website said 'free returns' but they refused to allow me to return anything until I'd threatened them with Small Claims. Then they tried to charge me an £8-per-item restocking fee (and some of the items were less than £20 so that's like 40% of the refund). I finally got it down to just an £8 total charge and decided to give up there, but that's still not a free return

Absolutely terrible company to deal with, trying to get returned my dresses and no response! Talked to Patricia on a phone she said will make a priority next Monday and next day hasn’t picked up or returned my phone and no answer! Absolutely shocking!
No replies to emails
Clothes themselves were great, delivered on time, all brand new. However, I cannot return one item as the wrong label was included. No one has replied to the last three emails I have sent and there is no other way to contact the company. Can't even cancel my subscription because all items haven't been returned. Absolutely appalled to see that my experience is not unique. I rented a dress through them for my 40th birthday party. Order was confirmed and money taken. Dress never turned up and as many others have described there is no one you can contact. Phone line is unavailable, no one responds to emails. This is a Harrods concession and no staff in Harrods can even help or look into issues for you. I’m shocked and appalled that Harrods, who pride themselves on customer experience, would have them as a concession in their stores and online. I have been following it up and demanding a refund from Harrods ever since the 20th April and yet no one can even tell me if they are still operating and how why this keeps happening to people and just keep saying they are trying to get a response from MYWARDROBE HQ. Interestingly I am still being bombarded with newsletters and promotional material from them. Disgusting customer service from both them and Harrods. Very disappointing and quite frankly completely fraudulent!

DO NOT BUY THEIR SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE. I have been in a complete nightmare for a few months now with them. Honestly I'm so sad to be writing this review, as for a few months I was loving the service. The way it works is you pay £99 a month and you get 4 items of your choosing sent to you. They had a customer service person, Mariann, who was super nice and helpful. Now unfortunately she seems to be gone and (sorry to name and shame) the role appears to be taken up by someone called Emma. I started liking the clothes so much that I chose to buy a few of my subscription items rather than return them, and for some reason, this wouldn't register on their system. This stopped them sending out my next set of items. In a normal world, you'd just email customer service to resolve the situation but for 2 months now I tried emailing, and no one ever responds? Eventually I got very vague responses from 'Emma' who appeared not to be reading my very short emails and sent me very weird replies. I tried explaining maybe at least 10 times now that I'd paid for an item, so I won't be sending it back, please could you send the next one? Last month they eventually sorted it out so I maybe got clothes sent for 2 weeks of the month. But this month they've not sent half their items, and for a MONTH now they've not responded when I've tried to explain that I've bought items, so they don't need to wait for them to be returned to send the next ones. Their phone line doesn't work.
It's so incredibly frustrating when a company you're a subscriber of just won't respond to you at all. I eventually got a generic response that they were looking into it, and haven't had any updates since for 2 weeks. I've regretfully just had to do a chargeback through my credit card and block their future charges. It's not worth the hassle, honestly. On the upside, I'm really into a few of their suppliers now, like Jigsaw and Amanda Wakeley, so I will just buy from them directly in future. The UK really needs a good clothes subscription service so this is really such a shame!!
What customer service?
Customer service has been really disappointing.
I had a dress lined up for an important event, and just three days before, they casually let me know it was no longer available and asked if I’d like a replacement. I said yes and made it clear it needed to be sent quickly to arrive in time. Then they stopped responding altogether.
It feels like they just don’t care. Whether you have something to wear clearly isn’t their concern. I suspect it's easier for them to ignore it and wait for you to chase a refund later.

Absent customer service
I made the mistake of not taking the recent reviews seriously. There is zero customer service. I have been trying to contact the company for almost a week now to get my order cancelled and receive a refund yet I have not heard back. I have sent 3 emails and each gone unanswered. Avoid this company at all costs unless you enjoy being scammed.
No order, no reply from customer services
I haven't received my order and all of my emails to customer services have gone unanswered. I'm not sure this company is legit, or if it is, their customer service is terrible. I'm out of pocket and have no dress for an event tonight! Avoid.

Avoid, compete scam and fraudulent set up
Not sure if this company is legit. They took my money for a subscription and I never received the goods or service paid for. No response to emails and phone line is uncontactable. I would avoid at all costs as this appears to be a scam. Shocking! Have had to refer to my bank for a fraud claim

Extremely disappointed with this company — I would not recommend using them for any special occasion.
I booked a dress a full month in advance for my 30th birthday party. With no tracking information received, I emailed the day before it was due to arrive, only to be told (on the day before my event) that the dress was no longer available and I’d been refunded.
They offered to help me find an alternative, but after I requested a similar dress with same-day delivery (as I was originally expecting), they stopped responding entirely.
This last-minute cancellation and lack of communication caused me unnecessary stress and completely ruined my birthday plans. Unreliable service when it mattered most.

I’m just back from a skiing trip and can’t thank WardrobeHQ enough for a fantastic rental experience! I’ve rented a skiing jacket, trousers and a sweater. All the items were in an incredible condition, and the team was super helpful with choosing the right size. Overall, really great experience - it gave me so much flexibility in upgrading my skiing wardrobe, can’t recommend this service enough!
