Product was a good price, was dispatched same day even though I ordered on a Sunday evening, had tracked delivery and arrived in good time in good condition. Probably could’ve shipped in a smaller box with less packaging, but was at least all recyclable

An interesting mix of products from a firm that lived up to their claim of being speedy dispatchers. Shame an item was 'out of stock' on both of my two orders.

We are sorry that you had an item out of stock on both orders which to be honest that is quite rare for us as we do pride ourselves on keeping our stock accurate so. Some lines have run lower than usual this year due supply issues so like in your case we have been caught out when the stocks have run extra low with no buffers.
The mzube crew are working hard in between helping Santa to carry out a stock check to avoid this issue in the future.
We value our feedback, so if we do drop a star we really do care, and we want to improve on our service.
