Please, whatever you do , make sure not to make the same mistake that I did and play at the casino on this website. I’ve been on this website for about a year and I’ve cashed out a few times when they decide to process by withdrawals and that’s very rarely. So I made a deposit through ApplePay and the money never showed up in my balance. The bank already debited my account but they are not refunding me or adding the money in my balance even though I sent them proof in the form of bank statement and also Apple Pay history. What they ask from me is to obtain my full list of bank transactions for them to be able to investigate the matter when this is clearly illegal and not relevant. This Company is not even a 1 star, definitely a 0 star. Just like everyone else I am now seeing on here with bad reviews. I've won roughly $4,000NZD, betting was going great, they definitely accept your deposits and let you play. But as soon as its time to cash out....that's when it all starts. I tried withdrawing $2,200 of my winnings thinking I had won these fair and square, next thing you know its been rejected. Account is all verified. They don't give me a reason why so I chase them up, pretty much the reason was that I had won to much money. They deducted $1,950.00. so I email back and go back and forth, finally I asked around the remaining $250. No reply.
Tried calling them here in NZ on the contact they have on their website, come to find out....they've used another companies number as their contact Number. Absolute scam. Stay well away from N1Bet and if anyone working on taking these scam artist down so some of us can get our deposits back that we put in thinking this was a legitimate site. N1bet should be closed down unless they can fund people their winnings.

I deposited $100 and played it up to $700. When I tried to withdraw, I was required to verify my profile.
I scanned my photo ID, completed the live photo check, sent a picture of the front and back of my bank card, submitted a bank statement for one of my Visas, my Notice of Assessment from the Canada Revenue Agency, my notice of Child Tax, my GST tax credit notice, my debit card bank statement, and uploaded all of these documents numerous times. None of it was considered good enough.
I eventually managed to get my profile verified and submitted a withdrawal request, only for it to now be 12 hours later. I have contacted support numerous times and keep receiving the same copy-and-paste response over and over again.
They state numerous times on their website that withdrawals are instant. When they were rejecting my withdrawals, it was pretty much instant. Now, all of a sudden, it’s taking hours and hours. The last agent I spoke to now says it could take up to 7 days in some cases.
This is the message they keep sending:
"All the withdrawals are processed by our financial team manually. I would like to tell you approximate timeframes when your withdrawal request will be checked, but I don't want to misinform you. I completely understand that it might be a bit frustrating, but I can assure you, that we're trying our best to check all the withdrawals as soon as possible, but sometimes, we just need a bit more time, because we're processing all the withdrawals in the queue order."
That is all they ever say.
When you ask to speak to management to file a complaint, they respond with:
"If you also want to file a complaint about us, please give me a detailed complaint message, which I can forward to the responsible team."
and
"We can not transfer you to them Sarah, we can forward your message of complaint"
That’s a complete conflict of interest. Some very shady business practices and ethics, if you ask me. Be careful.
