Sold me a stolen phone that I can’t set up. Now I’m out $400. The company is unresponsive and doesn’t care. Don’t buy anything from them. It’s a Scam!

Sent me a bent iPhone. Return was a hassle and I'm out a total of $35 for shipping but they don't care. There's a reason for their low prices - stay away!

Bought a phone that overheats will charging. They're unresponsive to complaint. In the process of blocking credit card payment. Stay clear of this vendor

Bought a phone that said it worked with all companies. Received the phone. My US Cellular SIM card does not work in it. I have called and emailed many times and nobody is responding. I choose this place because it had so many reviews. Thought it was legit, it is not. Basically I feel this place is a scam and I was ripped off. I have tried for 2 weeks now to get a response so I can return the phone. The advertising does say they will return it if it doesn't work. Not true.

Although the phone and accesories (charging pad, rugged case) arrived sooner than expected, the phone CANNOT be activated since it is on the LOST or STOLEN list, according to both Verizon reps I spoke to. One rep in person at the corporate Verizon store where I went to get the Nano SIM to activate and again with another rep on the phone as a double check, both confirmed it was on the LOST or STOLEN list!!!
I will comment back when (and if) it gets resolved.
BUYER BEWARE!

So I place my order Monday July 15, 2019 and paid for 3 days shopping service to be delivered at a sunrise address in Florida. Tracked my package upto midafternoon Friday July 19th, 2019 only to see that my phone was pack and shipped to be delivered to an address in Fort Lauderdale Florida.

It was delivered right to my address and no issue. All items I bought were all working properly. That's the reason I keep coming back to N1 Wireless Inc and buy more other stuff.

Everything was as promised and delivery was faster than I expected. Definitely 5 stars.

I ordered 2 I Pad mini covers and was very pleased. Items shipped quickly and were exactly as expected.

-1-I submitted a ticket to check if the battery for a refurbished phone is good enough and never heard back -2- i spent an hour trying to call them and finally talked to a guy. Went and placed the order and after 2 hrs i got an email saying my phone is not in stock in NONE of the colors. now to get my money back they said i need to initiate a very complicated return process -3- It is extremely hard to get them on the phone. The 347 nr nobody ever answers and the 929 nr you need to call about 10 times and press different random options until THE SAME person answers.

The service was quick and I received what I ordered. I ordered two bluetooth ear thingies so I can be hands free in the car. One hooks up to my phone and works perfectly! The other has not worked despite my best efforts.

Honestly not a good retailer. Maybe you get lucky and they send you something that actually works but I was not lucky. Everything they buy seems to be “out of box.” Which just means used and bought by this retailer to flip a quick buck on people like me. I read all the reviews and thought that I’d take the risk (I don’t know why I was that dumb) turned out right after I got the X box 1 x I had ordered it stopped working 10 minutes into turning it on.... and continued to shut down every 10-20 minutes after turning it on. Currently it’s been 12 days since I sent it back and no money back.

I bought a Jabra step wireless stereo headset. It never worked. First of all it came in a small brown carton that was just plain and there was no packing list. I never thought I would need to return it as it was highly discounted. My hope was even if I use it for 3 months and it packs up that would be ok. Now not even a minute use. I got an approval to return but they want the package it came in and a packing list which I don't have. It's just there and of no use. One of my worst online buys. Never thought an American coy could do this. Very disappointed with

This was a HUGE mistake, I should've burned my $44, I'd have been happier. How about NOT what I ordered, a step down and had a greenish moldy goop on them. Thanks for nothing. I asked to exchange them out, only to learn I had to pay for shipping to return them for exchange.
Now, in addition, without insurance on any and ALL return shipments, do you HONESTLY really think my package would EVER have been received??? I DO NOT!!
I already wasted my time, my money and my request for assistance. Oh by the way, my request for assistance took several weeks for someone to get back to me, SAD!!

I ordered a Galaxy S8 that was advertised as "new open box". The phone I received was obviously well used and broken. They ignored my requests for a return label so I had to file a chargeback with my credit card company. Finally, 6 weeks later, they issued a return label. Now I received an email back saying they received my return and will be charging a 15% restocking fee. So they actually have the nerve to try and charge me $45 for a phone that was falsely advertised!
