Not professional at all , once they get the payment.. it’s over … the delivery may take 35 to 50 days .. you must be very very lucky if they answered to your calls or replied to your messages. Although my friends told me about it , but unfortunately I didn’t listened to them . So disappointed.
Customer service good till they take your money!!! I paid and didn't get anything for a month and when I talked to them they said we couldn't find your order talk to the management!!! how on earth this can be Customer service!!! NaalSouq or (MAHARAJA INTERNATIONAL BKK CO., LTD) be careful, they look scammers as a real experience with this website. Fortunately, I disputed the transaction thru PayPal otherwise I could have much harder experience if I paid with other payment methods.
