I applied for my POC on this website id.nadra.gov.pk/ or nadra.gov.pk/ I can say that the above mentioned websites are authentic and original. Please make sure before making any money or sending your credentials to anyone else. There are so many scammers and fake websites online available awaiting to hunt your money. I have no idea about nadraonline.com

I went to the Manchester Pakistani Consolute to submit my NICOP Card. I didn’t have an appointment and within 30 minutes my application was verified and submitted. Their service was excellent and very friendly and efficient staff. I received my NICOP card within 25 days yet I paid for a six week application. I would like to personally thank Basharat Ali Asad and his colleagues to the efficient and second to none service absolute pleasure. Highly recommend.5*****

Its scam avoid it . I reported to police and my credit card company to get back my refund of £68 I also raised this matter to khuli katchari London high comission they confirmed me its fake website.

This website is totally fraud i am also victim this website before a week..i just afraid i sent all the personal documnts...

Pak Identity online NADRA App, and App for Android/ iPhone is a blessing.
I received my NICOP a few days earlier than it was expected. The DHL service is exceptional. I see this app as a blessing for overseas Pakistanis. No doubt during the process I felt frustrated. Getting fingerprints by using the phone app is not easy, but it can be done. It takes a few tries and patience to get it right. But it’s doable, (watch the tutorial carefully and follow the directions). First I took the regular picture by using the phone camera. Once I got the right picture, I tried with the app, and it worked. Saved so much time and money. There are some glitches which makes it difficult to complete the application i.e. the Additional address tab.
Trick is to get it right, use phone app and Laptop, logout each time after uploading any document or picture on both Laptop and phone which refreshes everything.

Website has been reported as scam. Trying with bank to get £68 fee back. Since no reply or response from any of the contact numbers or email addresses. It has been nearly 6weeks. The 24hr call back service is a joke.
Contact page after looking at it shows addresses in Kenya and Nepal of all places. The Nadra agent contact number is in the US !!
Avoid at all costs.

No option for 0 star they are a company attracting vulnerable individuals who put their trust in them. They take your money and details and then ignore your emails. One telephone is an answer machine and the other doe snot exist. DO NOT PROCESS YOUR APPLICATION WITH THEM go direct to the Pakistan embassywebsite

Easy to use online portal for applying for a NICOP renewal. I got the card quickly without any hassle. I really like the system created by NADRA and the Pakistani Government!

And refund will b in 15 days
Next email will tell 10 days
Another with 5 days
Then they won’t even reply
I hope u pay every penny u stole haram and it will haunt you and those who u spend it on

DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE SCAM.I APPLIED THROUGH THEM IN SEPTEMBER 2020 FOR MY FAMILY OF FIVE IPAID THEM £310.AFTER 5 MONTH LAST MONTH THEY SAID THERE SYSTEM IS DOWN SO THEY WILL REFUND MY FEE IN 10 DAYS.I HAVE'NT GOT IT BACK YET.THEY ARE SCAM DO NOT USE THEM.GOTO LPHC WEBSITE AND APPLY FROM THERE MAKE SURE AT THE AND IT SAYS GOV.PK

Scam, fraud, waste of time website and full of $hit customer service, never trust this sight ever!!!!!!

I am very happy with NADRA online system. After my first complaint in February,I received a quick response that my document is printed and dispatched.I assumed that it will take a week or so for an international post so I waited . I sent second complaint 0n March 6 and received an email stating that my card has been handed over to UPS courier ,also has given a consignment number to track my document . It showed that my card will be delivered by Wednesday . I have received my NICOP through courier today .
I just want to thank NADRA for such a wonderful service .I admit that it took longer than a usual international post but NADRA E services portal is a very useful link for the overseas customers.

It is A fake web side . They took £65 from my account six months ago. No card delivered. Tried phoning them. All numbers are fake. Ask your bank to refund you this amount as a fraud.

This is a total fraud website. They took my info and US$85.00 and then disappeared. They won't return my emails or answer my calls. They are also one of the top ads on google, but do not trust them.

Once they have your money they will never get back to you, its a SCAM!

They are a fake. They take your payment, do your application correctly, and send you a fake email to make the payment to the real Nadra Gov body. They took our payment and won't refund us our money. I cannot believe fake agents are allowed to exist and Google does not even care!!!!!!!!! Stay away...

They are scam i applied for my Nicop modification through there website .They took £68 and never send me my card they didnt even answering calls and emails . I got there link from consulate of birmingham website i thought it was official website but its scam.

Totally a scam and they are using telegram App to ask you to transfer all your documents and send them money. Be careful everyone
