Bad customer service
I placed an order from the ‘Gel’ section of the website, when the order arrived I tried the new colours out and realised they wasn’t staying on the nail so emailed and just enquired as to why this was. They replied saying it was normal nail varnish so I said how upset I was as I specifically went onto the gel section and clearly wouldn’t have paid all that money if I knew it was normal varnish. I had also sent them pictures of the varnish and of the nails I had tried it out on and the reply I got back to my email basically said you can return the products if they are unused at your own expense.
I have clearly already stated in my first email I have used the products with pictures.
I definitely wouldn’t have placed the order knowing they was normal nail varnish and definitely wouldn’t have used the company if I knew they was putting items in the wrong sections of their website.

Terrible. If I could give no stars, I would. I ordered items advertised as in stock with delivery in 2-3 days, but the day after I paid I got an email saying the items were out of stock. Totally misleading. I then received someone else's order (with their personal details) delivered to me by mistake. I then got 3 of the 5 products I ordered 2 weeks later, after several emails asking for an update but no response from the retailer by phone and only once by email. I AM STILL WAITING FOR TWO OF THE PRODUCTS NEARLY A MONTH LATER!! I know we're in 'unprecedented times' but to take my money and mislead me on stock is not acceptable - it's bordering on fraud.

Good Company, very quick delivery and fair price would use again.

Ordered my polish and cuticle oil late on a Friday afternoon and it was delivered on Saturday morning - 1st class service. Have used this company several times and they have always given good service and the prices are very competitive. Even when an issue occurred with an order last year, they sent me constant email updates and a free gift as compensation. I definitely recommend this company.

Ordered two bottles of Gellux polish and was charged for them and informed that they were both on their way. When the package arrived there was only one bottle and a note to say they were out of stock of the other colour and they had refunded me for the missing bottle. They should have informed me immediately that they were out of stock. Their prices are higher than many places and I only bought from them because they said they had the second colour. Will definitely not be purchasing from them again. Complained and got a very poor response - merely repeating to me that they were out of stock.

I would thoroughly recommend this website, they stock a great selection of brands and colors, postage was in one day!
