Bought an Item, got lost in the mail but not taking responsibility. Didn't even try to compromise by refunding or cancelling. Basically blamed it on shipping company and didn't offer anything in return. It's been almost 2 months after the date. Still not resolved. Very minimal response time back

Oredered a Patagonia Parka from Naked Ape as the price was the best around. Received the coat within two days. Unfortunately wrong size, but exchange was easy, and after phoning, a new parka was delivered within two days. Great service and great price. Wouldcertainly use them again.

Dreadful company
Dreadful company, AVOID! I placed an order online, payment was taken but no confirmation or any kind of communication for weeks, after chasing their "customer services" several times was told the item was out of stock and order couldn't be fulfilled.
