Don’t touch with a barge pole

Don’t touch with a barge pole. I ordered a ceiling light. After repeated requests for an order update I finally received the light 24 days later. It bore no resemblance to the light id ordered, was badly packaged and broken. It was a very cheap substitute for the item I’d ordered. I’ve asked for a refund but I guess I’ll have to chase to get one.

Read the reviews to late

Read the reviews to late. Avoid like the plague!! Ordered to lights never turned up. Offered 110% discount if reordered. Requested refund. Told it would be in my bank account within days. Never turned up. Started a dispute with credit card and their response was 20 days to refund!!! If I could I wouldn’t have given one star. Lie upon lie!!!

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! Ordered a kids Xmas calendar at November 2025. It never arrived. Disappointed child. I’ve sent about 10 emails which I get a responses of chat GPT that makes no sense at all. I’ve been offered a refund then told it’s my fault as I wasn’t at home when they attempted delivery (I can see on tracking delivery was never attempted). Asked to pay more for item to be delivered again. Their emails are infuriating because it’s like talking with a robot that doesn’t understand anything. Have reported to bank as fraud and bank has refunded me.

Avoid this company!!!

Avoid this company!!!! I wish I had read the reviews before I bought from them.
I purchased a clock (£86) which did not work!
Long story very short, I emailed them to return the clock, what followed was a lot of back and forth, they tried their best to try and persuade me to keep the clock!!!
Why on earth would I keep a clock that can’t keep time????!!!!
Finally I was asked to pay for a returns label to Germany ((£8) when the label came it was addressed to Birmingham!!!!! The whole process so far has taken nearly 2 months and I’m still waiting for my money back!
Awful company, terrible products even worse customer service!!!!!!
Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!!!!!!!

The item wasn't delivered. Whilst possibly not their fault, they are responsible for ensuring goods reach the customer. They refused to take corrective actions. Thank goodness for Section 75

Scam - Cheap replicas

False advertising, fake and damaged goods, awful customer service.
Will not give proper refund for damaged goods. Products sent from China not UK so take much longer than promised 5-9 days.
Do not buy from this company.

COUNTERFEIT SUPPLIER

AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ONLY SUPPLY COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS.

UPDATE - NaLani have replied and claim to know nothing about this despite me have an email trail with their “customer services” team since the 18th December. I have all the images to prove that the used Squishmallow Branding online which led me to order from them, and then they supplied something that was a complete rip off and not even close in terms of quality or size. I’ve instigated a chargeback through my bank since NaLani refuse to accept they’ve been caught out. I’ve also shared all images and the email trail between us with Jazwares, the actual license holders for Squishmallow products, and they will be looking in Nalani’s use of their branding and imagery without permission.

As I stated - this company is to be avoided. They supply fake products and then duck and dive at trying to avoid refunding the customers they ripped off, if they can’t afford to refund customers then I wonder how strong their cash flow position is?

scammers trading under the de-listed…

scammers trading under the de-listed name, my request for a refund for two jackets total circa £130 was going back and forth until I reported them to the Companies House and threatened to go to Trading Standards and police also. I then received an apologetic email asking that I ignore all previous correspondence and finally was sent a return label for which I was charged £10 as they allege that the parcel needs to go somewhere in Europe. The return address was in UK... Then another back and forth to get the actual refund weeks after they received the jackets. Total scam and I wish I read these reviews before placing an order.

This company sells fake goods

This company sells fake goods. The items I ordered were for children, and the products sent are poorly made and extremely unsafe. Selling counterfeits is illegal practice in the UK. When challenged, the company refuses the full refund that consumers are entitled to by UK law. It offers instead replacement (fake) goods, store credit, partial refunds and also offers the opportunity to give it another £15 (apparently for p&p for a return that’ll result in a refund). I have reported them to trading standards. But still don’t have my money back…

No Return. No Customer Service from Nalani and sent product I didn’t order. They refuse to accept their error. AVOID NALANI

Ordered a set of lamps and there are 3 choices of colour - gold, nickel and black. I ordered nickel and gold arrived. I’ve emailed 6 times, sent numerous emails with photos and still I don’t have either a returns option or a replacement alternative. Order #1325. Never had to deal with such a poor company. I spent money at #Nalani in good faith to purchase a product and received rubbish and have been treated like rubbish!!!

Scammers!!!

I have also been scammed! Waited and waited for my daughters Squishmallow advent calendar to arrive and when it has it is nothing like Squishmallow. Bits are falling off, facial features are drawn on. An absolute disgrace! Do not buy from these people!
