Sells domain at £5 first year renewal is £38, company states rising costs for running and maintaining secure reliable services. an increase of 760% isn't acceptable.

A telephone service that surpassed expectation

Having started working before computers had been invented there is a natural dread to dealing with anything computer orientated.

I was pleasantly surprised to deal with Jordan who was levelheaded and friendly and seem to make everything effortless

THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONWY WITHOUT AUTORISATION!
A Year ago i spent £2.99 for a domain name for a project that came to nothing.
Today i had a reminder of the renewal which i had no intention of doing so. So i checked my account to ensure that 'auto renewal' was off...it was.
At the bottom of their webpage it states that you can look at the pricing by clicking renew... so i did... the next thing on my screen said "thanks for renewing".... £47.99 taken! No chance to autorize... just taken! I called to ask it to be reversed and tell them what had happened and they said it could not.... rediculous! Have now contacted my bank as i beleive that (even if it was a glitch on their system) that this is fraud.
Also contacting trading standards.

There are doing fake marketing that they are selling free .co.uk domain. after i place the order they said me that "Uh oh, the payment failed.
It looks like we were unable to take payment for your order on this occasion.

but i contacted to my bank and they said me that names.co.uk didn't try to charge from my card not even tried to verify my card by doing authorization.

I contacted Namesco when I was having concerns about transferring a domain

I contacted Namesco when I was having trouble registering a domain that had been transferred into Namesco from Astutium. I spoke to two gentlemen (Kyle being one of them) who were quite clearly British and had a very good understanding of the situation. Their assistance reassured me greatly, and the issue was swiftly resolved.

I had an email from them to renew my…

I had an email from them to renew my domain name. I went to my account and clicked not to renew. Then the screen flickered and came up thanks for renewing and visit was charged £27 out of my bank account. I contacted them and was told it was my fault and I wouldn't receive a refund. Some of my messages were ignored aswell. Unfortunately now im nearly £30 down and made to feel awful. Apparently their terms and conditions don't allow it, but its there fault on their website but they wont accept responsibility

Sent an email back yesterday and nothing, still being ignored even though the reply back to this review was we want to resolve it.
