Changing your name is an absolute minefield and I really didn't know quite where to start! NameSwitch is a great idea which guides you through the process. I went for the printed package which I thought was very good and they were very efficient in sending me all the details. It's still a bit complicated as every organisation wants something slightly different and I still had to print a couple of things myself but overall I would definitely recommend the service. Thank you!

Their customer service is brilliant. Such a great idea and takes away some of the stress and organisation of charging your name. Really helpful when I had a query and very quick delivery of our packs!

I was expecting this to be complicated and time-consuming, but it couldn’t have been more straightforward. The team are super helpful and really responsive. I used them to carry out my deed poll name change, and then had to go back to them when I lost my original certificates. Both experiences were seamless. I highly recommend.

This service was simple and easy to use.

Name Switch saved me a lot of time by doing all the research for me, providing links and forms I needed to change my name quickly. Especially as they say, the average person has to change their name with about 24 institutions - each having slightly different requirements.

It was great to receive email updates on my purchase and I didn't need to contact them for anything further.

I got the printed version, which includes the Passport and DVLA forms along with various letters other forms (which they partially completed) and still had access to the online version which was brilliant for instant access to the links provided as most places now have an online route to name change.

For the supermarkets and store cards they also have a handy guide to help with these.

Instructions were clear and I've already been recommending Name Switch to others.

My account expired after 6 months but someone really helpful helped me via chat to recover it all. Super speedy and friendly.

A most brilliant service! The service is highly professional, efficient and organised. NameSwitch has saved me hours upon hours of time which I am truly grateful for. A daunting task and where do you start? Instructions are provided at the outset when collecting all the information you need for the process such as house title deed reference numbers. On arrival the pack is highly organised. Good quality paper is used for the letters. Very clear instructions with email addresses and phone numbers. I teach English. The letters are very well written leaving spaces for dates and signatures. It was a great help to have the required contents listed at the base of each letter. Such a help to me as each one wanted different items. Land Registry returned my marriage certificate and without me including a SAE! For each letter if a particular form was required as well as the marriage certificate NameSwitch included it. Such a relief! I just have one suggestion and I know it would not work! To have addressed envelopes in the pack. That was the part my 'new' husband had to complete! A very 'BIG' thank you for saving me an awful lot of time!

I cannot recommend this service highly enough. A few years ago I experienced a very long, tedious, frustrating and stressful time when I reverted back to my maiden name following a divorce. The paperwork was repetitive and the expenses kept rising. When my daughter expressed a desire to follow suit, desperate to shed her father's last name, I dreaded her facing the same. As her 21st birthday approached, I decided to bite the bullet and began researching...then I discovered NameSwitch!!

I selected the deed poll premium package as I divorced 20 years ago but my daughter has just got married and taken her husband’s surname. My decision to return to my maiden name was supported by the feedback from NameSwitch, and the package I had decided on.

I couldn’t recommend name switch higher! I contacted them feeling completely overwhelmed and distressed with trying to change my name on my driving license, which had expired and they refused to accept my divorce acknowledgment as they no longer issue a certificate. They also wouldn’t accept my prior id as it was in my married name. Name switch made it effortless and completely took control for me. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much.

Amazing service! The team were so helpful and my documents were delivered super quick.
