Amazing agency
I found the agency to be one of the best available at the moment. I approach them to hire a Nanny for my son and they found me an amazing person. The process was smooth and the recruiter very professional. I highly recommend them.

I could not recommend Nanny & Butler enough!
Me and my husband had the pleasure of working with Nanny & Butler when looking for a Governess for our 3 children. The consultants provided us with multiple candidates and were responding to all of the messages promptly. They carefully considered all our requests and were kind enough to provide their own insights. Everyone was very polite, kind and professional. I could not recommend them enough!

We have known Nanny & Butler for many years and hired different candidates through them. We always had a good experience, and our candidates stayed with us for many years. Particularly Joanna, our nanny of 6 years. I couldn't recommend them more. We are now looking for a new nanny to replace her, and we already got 5 outstanding profiles.

Recommend to avoid
We have hired Nanny and Butler to help us find a nanny. Search process was uneventful and no different from any other agencies we have used in the past. We have found a suitable candidate within several weeks and have extended the offer, which was subsequently accepted. We have paid Nanny and Butler fees upon offer acceptance. However, the candidate has subsequently decided to decline the offer before the start date due to personal circumstances. We have asked the agency for a refund of the fees until the new candidate was found; at that point, the agency became very unresponsive, with multiple emails and calls going unanswered; no refund was given up until now. Considering that there are multiple similar agencies that provide identical service would recommend to avoid this one.
[EDITED TO ADD] Having read through the detailed T&Cs of the agency, it turned out that there is a no refunds policy in place. The agency will continue trying to find an alternative candidate (albeit for a limited time), and it has indeed been sending some candidate profiles over. However, such an approach to fees appears overly aggressive and not in line with some of the other agencies we have used in the past; therefore my recommendation stands.

It has been two weeks since your wife received four suitable profiles as part of our free replacement service, and she has already organised two interviews. Our consultants are working around the clock to provide you with the best substitute and are constantly in touch with your wife. It is entirely not our fault if your previous candidate has pulled out. We don't work for free, so we don't provide refunds but free replacements, as stated in our Terms and Conditions. We kindly ask you to cancel your untruthful review, and we hope you will soon hire one of our nannies.
